Just booked a show in May,
I get an email saying I will be required to check in online 2 days before the event.
What if their server is down,
What if there are other issues?
Will there be a help line, will the menu make any sense, have the option I need?
how many hours will I be held in a queue because all your operators are busy.

2 days doesn't leave much time to sort any issues.
Is this a way of reselling already sold tickets to double up on profits?
Enquiring minds want to know.
I've got to travel to London for the show, I'm expecting a disaster and several hundred £ wasted because of bad planning.
Because that's life nowadays isn't it for we the public, hand over the money, and we might get the goods, or maybe not.
I'll book dinner at raffles,
They at least are organised, so the day won't be entirely wasted.

Attended the Robbie Williams Long 90s show in Wolverhampton. Really not worth the money for the hotel at all. No early entry or special treatment when at the venue. To be honest, the whole thing was an absolute rip off. Tickets didn’t arrive on app until the day of the gig itself, whereas people who had paid far less had them days in advance. Not sure how this company could justify the price of the package, the lanyard and ticket were nice but in no way justified the hundreds of pounds extra this company charged. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use them

I booked to go see Hans Zimmer in November this year and came into some personal problems that stopped me from attending i contacted the company to explain why and was told it was not a good enough reason to cancel i pleeded with them only to have attitude back and told i am not getting the money i paid back even tho i got cancellation protection wouldn't recommend this company at all

Went to Simply Red concert in Liverpool on 3/10/25. Had a great time, the hotel was good seats at concert were amazing. Thank you very much.

The service was excellent and everything was very well organised
I would not hesitate to book with them again and I would highly recommend them.

We have booked to see simply red in Manchester less than 48hrs / got hotel booking last week but still have no tickets / standard reply from email chase is we will get something from co-op in 48 hrs but can’t review until 72 hrs before show / too late please help Chloe !!!

I have booked Event Travel for 3 Robbie Williams concerts this summer, last one was in Budapest.
The Early entry experience was worth every cent paid for it. I appreciate being able to walk calmly into the venue and find a nice spot at the barrier, instead of frantic running.
The hosts were all friendly and helpful.
I will definitely use Event Travel’s services in the future.

I have booked EventTravel packages several times before, and once again the experience was outstanding. This time I would especially like to highlight the Early Entry package in Dublin. The organization at the venue was excellent and the whole team took great care of us, making the process smooth and enjoyable.

A very special mention goes to Lena, who was absolutely wonderful – highly professional, structured, and calm, yet always warm, approachable, and extremely supportive. She managed everything in such a clear and efficient way that we felt completely looked after and in the best hands. Thanks to her, the whole experience was even more memorable.

Overall, the EventTravel team once again delivered at the highest level, and I am already looking forward to booking my next package with them.

The communication and customer service before the show was excellent, they were easy to get in touch with and very helpful. At the site the crew was friendly and everything was well organized. I can totally recommend their services for making an already awesome concert even better. I will never forget this experience!

I have been to several gigs now with Event Travel and they have never let me down.
Customer service is amazing and quick at getting back to you, the people on site are amazing, kind and friendly.
We like the fact that we walk into the gig grounds, no running and everyone respecting their spot in the queue; of course this all depends on the manners of the people but it is allways well organized.

I’ve purchased Early Entry tickets through Event Travel many times, for shows in different countries, and every single time it’s been a wonderful experience. Their team is always there on-site to assist and manage everything, they are super organised, friendly and efficient. It really makes a difference knowing you’re in good hands. Highly recommended if you want a smooth and well-run experience at major events!

Great customer service and communication from Event Travel. Kept us informed all the way about what to expect and when.
Unfortunately our event to see ELO at BST was cancelled, despite this we were kept up to date at all times.
All of our queries were answered promptly even during times when there must have been a lot of stress due to the cancellation.
Would not hesitate to use them again

Wij hebben een slechte ervaring, wij waren 10 minuten te laat voor de early entrance bij RW zondag. Konden daarom niet meer mee naar binnen (ticket 395,00 p.p). Om 17.00 mochten wij met de rest mee ( ticket 160,00). Zijn mijn duurste 10 minuten ooit !!! Klacht via e-mail ingediend, hun reactie :dat is het beleid!! Niet op tijd, voordeel en geld kwijt

Fantastic early entry experience with Event Travel for Robbie Williams. I already booked Early Entry tickets back in 2023, 8 more this year. Everything went so smoothly, stress-free and that kind of experience is totally worth the money. I highly recommend them!

Everyone who knows how queuing can get, knows the value of an officially organized and managed entrees. The super friendly staff walk you in by queuing numbers and straight to the barrier. Have been using Eventtravel since 2022 and couldn't be happier!

Having booked my first early entry experience through event travel, I can say that I will never ever waste my money again.
I paid over £900 for 2 early entry tickets for Robbie Williams on the promise that a well organised experience with guaranteed space around the stage to ensure the very best concert experience. Well, it was anything but this.
People who paid £150 for their tickets ended up with a better view - it’s a con!
They allowed people to run and push - it was nothing like the calm entry that they show on their socials, it was an absolute free for all!
I’ve tried to reach out to them countless times on their socials and have now sent 3 emails - I’ve received an auto response so I know they’ve received them! But yet, not one reply!
Lots of other fans had the same experience and have emailed them and received a reply!
It was a terrible experience and one that I saved very hard for - I feel like they robbed me. The fact that they don’t supply what they advertise and then ghost you when it goes wrong screams scam! Please don’t waste your hard earned money like I did.
Had they of communicated with me I would not of felt compelled to leave a review as we could have discussed this but I feel like they are hiding from their actions

Had trouble downloading e-tickets but all the staff at Event travel were responsive and helpful. I got there in the end and Sam Fender was amazing.
