I had my air conditioning installed at the end of April by Evercool UK Ltd, and honestly, the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.

Oliver came out to do a survey beforehand and went through all the options with me. I had a lot of questions (and I mean a lot!), and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He really knows his stuff when it comes to refrigeration and air conditioning — not just the brands, but the best setup for your home and where the indoor and outdoor units should go.

Our house is three storeys high, so he had to set up scaffolding, which definitely wasn’t the easiest job. But he handled it all without any fuss. He also cleaned up after every stage and took all the boxes and rubbish away, which I really appreciated.

What I liked most is that he didn’t just install things and disappear. He did all the drilling first so I could have the rooms back quickly, then came back to do the scaffolding, cabling, electrical work, and the actual installation. He made sure everything worked perfectly — both with the remote and through the SmartHome app on Wi‑Fi.

Originally, I was planning to install two indoor units now and add two more later. After talking it through with Oliver, he explained why that wouldn’t be the most cost‑efficient way. He was right. His product knowledge is excellent, and I ended up choosing the Midea Breezeless E — mainly because I didn’t want cold air blowing directly on my face. It’s been perfect.

The quote was very competitive, all payments were done online, and the whole job was completed in about 2½ days.

Evercool UK Ltd came and fitted 2 units one upstairs and one downstairs. I very impressed with their service. They cleaned and tidied up as they went along, put mats down and was very professional. There was not a speck of dust anywhere and they even hoovered the installation balls outside which came out of the walls. I was pleased with the speed of installation and the workmanship was excellent. I can’t fault Evercool and would definitely recommend to anyone which is rare as I am very hard to please.

My old air conditioning unit finally gave up, and I contacted Evercool UK for help. From the start, their service was professional and efficient. I can’t recommend Evercool & Oliver enough. When I first called about a quote he spent time talking me through everything and answering all my questions. I had phoned a few other companies too, but after speaking with him, and seeing all the positive reviews I cancelled my other quotes.

On the day he was so helpful and friendly, talked me through everything. He had to drill a hole through my brickwork, but once he had done there wasn’t a spec of dust in my house, he had even dusted my photo frames on the wall.

The aircon unit it’s self is life changing, I had been using a portable unit which was so loud it woke my toddler up in the night, but with the new unit it doesn’t make a sound. I can control it from my phone too which is amazing as I never come home to a hot house now.

From start to finish the work he did was Impeccable ...so professional ...he tidied up as he went along everything was spot on ....he explained what he was doing... the quality of workmanship was outstanding

Oliver was really helpful. He came and gave us advice, and we are really pleased with the fitted AC unit which is extremely effective, adjustable and quiet. There was a minor issue with it, which he returned and fixed without a problem. Would definitely recommend

Evercool is a fantastic company, They give sound advice prior to installation. We were so pleased with the work, value and cleanliness. So pleased in fact we had a further 3 units installed. Not only are they great for air con, the heating element of the units save us having to run the central heating and still stay warm in the rooms we are using. Also, the guarentee is amazing.
We can't recommend Oliver and mark (Evercool) enough. If you are considering Air conditioning/heating, don't waste your time shopping around, you'll be more than happy with Evercool :)
