Pharmacy appointment
I booked an appointment online for 4pm with the pharmacist. I arrived at 3.55 and was told to take a seat. There was another lady waiting, as we got chatting her appointment was 4pm also?! At 4.20 neither of us had been seen, however several other people received medication when they were directed to the treatment room, I'm assuming they were being treated for drug addiction. I approached the counter and asked how much longer it was likely to be. I was told the pharmacist was busy!! I explained if I had an appointment at 4pm I would expect to have been seen by 4.25......As I took my seat the lady before me was called in, I was then called in at 4.35!!! The pharmacist was lovely although she had to Google my query and then suggested i make an appointment with my doctor. The whole point of this appointment was to avoid the doctors!!Doubt ill use the service again.

Dangerous
Have been in position 5 on phone for 1hour and 45mins. Impossible to say im using 3 different phones... can't all be position 5 for that long. Should have had medication delivered 1 week ago. Doctor ordered an emergency prescription to them again and still no heart meds, epilepsy meds or blood pressure meds or blood thinners and more. Absolutely terrible service and they are putting my life at risk. Avoid this chemist they are dangerous.

No stock, bad service
No stock, bad service, avoid!!
I’m currently 7 months pregnant and I was told they don’t have my full prescription and they were refusing to provide me with the medication that they did have in stock until everything was available the next day. I refused and asked them to give me what they had. Luckily I did request this as 4 days later they still do not have the remainder of my prescription- I’ve had to ask my GP to resend my prescription to another pharmacy. They don’t even have basic OTC medications such as paracetamol available- what is the point in them even being open?

Don’t answer the phone or leave you hanging on. From sending in prescription to doctors takes a week sometimes for it to be delivered.Don’t let you know if the full prescription is not all there.

Seeing the Doctor was faster than…
Seeing the Doctor was faster than getting the medication. I was waiting 20 min before anyone even acknowledge I was stood at the till.
6 people were working that day and only 3 people on the shop floor to be seen.
It was then another 15min before I got my medicine

Waiting time
The pharmacy is under
Staffed and the waiting is too long.. This pharmacy needs two pharmacists on duty for it to see all the people waiting.

Prescription collection
When I ring to check the availability of my prescription they're always honest and tell me whether it is or not. If it's not they give me an approximate time when it will be.
