Hi Georgina,
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with our Chorlton team.
Your recommendation means a lot to us.
Disappointing service
I was reffered by the GP for my ear infection, I called the pharmacy and explained my issue, I've been booked to come later on that day to see a pharmacist, just to be told they cannot help me as they can only treat children. Surely if the GP practice made a mistake, someone should have told me about it over the phone at the pharmacy....not book me in and ask me to come just to be turned away. Waste of time for both of us.

Hi there, I wanted to provide an updated response to let you know that the team at the branch you visited has now been retrained on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for all seven conditions we are trained to treat.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our service.
