Had to go to pick up my prescription…
Had to go to pick up my prescription not by choice as I do not use this pharmacy usually. I had told the doctor I don't want to Get my medication from there but he insisted they would have what I needed.
I went to ask if my prescription was ready but Ellie said that they would have to order it in as they didn't have in what i needed. Hence why I do not use this place!
When she said that I just turned away and started walking to the door, Ellie shouted across the shop " you're welcome! " so I said f you as I was going out of the door. She then proceeded to tell me I could go elsewhere! She then rang my doctors and told them complete lies! She provoked me by being sarcastic as I walked away. I didn't say anything to her face she is awful

Thank you for sharing what happened. I understand how upsetting it can be when an interaction doesn’t feel supportive, especially when you’re simply trying to collect a prescription. I’m really sorry this left you feeling uncomfortable. That isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.

It would be helpful if you could provide us with more detail, including the item involved so we can look into the stock supply to understand why the item wasn’t available when you attended.

The pharmacist was fantastic, from the initial consultation, to ordering prescriptions and administering vaccinations. Covered all medical conditions, concerns and questions
Can not fault this service. Would highly recommend to anybody who requires this service.
