Disgusting! I ordered an embroidered chiffon dress and received a cheap polyester copy. When I complained including the photo they said it was the same dress. Not UK company either. They operate under different names too.

They imply they are a UK company but when you place your order they then just order everything to be sent directly from China. Even using their UK size chart nothing is correct. They are vague in the item descriptions about the materials used. I ordered 2 dresses and 2 pairs of sandals and nothing fitted. The dresses weren't cotton but some cheap stretchy fabric and the sandals were cheap plastic soles with vinyl straps and they smelled as if they'd been spray painted. Their returns policy means you have to send it back to China by tracked mail which you have to pay for (at around £20-£25)
I returned my items and received notification from royal mail it was with Chinese customs but after almost 4 weeks not hearing anything further I ended up submitting a chargeback with my bank. I did get my money back although I obviously lost the postage cost. After I submitted my chargeback request I received a cheeky email from their customer service person. This company is misrepresenting itself and swindling people making them believe they are dealing with a reputable UK company.

Paid £39.99 for a pair of sandals and they were slightly too small so emailed them re return information they proceeded in telling me they would have to be returned to china at the cost of up to £25!!! None of this is mentioned on their website. Or I could have a larger pair sent out for £8 (what happens if they don’t fit?) I sent an email saying I wasn’t happy and am waiting for a reply. I would not recommend them to anyone go with reputable dealers that you know and can rely on . Well it’s been a few days now and they won’t answer my emails what an absolute scam

Sorry I didn’t check reviews of this company before placing an order. AI PRODUCED advertisements , cheap materials, badly made, sizing not in line with UK sizes, mass produced in sweat shops.

This Company is a Total Scam! Whatever you do, don’t order their cheap nasty stuff, it bears no resemblance whatsoever to the AI enhanced advert! The fabric is only coloured on one side and is that awful nylon stuff.
Takes weeks to arrive and then you can’t get your money back. They insist you send the items back (to China!) if you want a refund, at a cost of £25!! but the refund is dependent on them agreeing that there is something wrong with the item - which they won’t. Something needs to be done to stop them trading!

Scammers AVOID! The address on the website is in London, they are not! A completely fabricated website so show a London shop and nice items. In reality it is all rubbish from China. Nothing looks the same and there is no mention of China or the £25 fee to post a return back there! I am attempting to get my credit card to refund on the basis of miss sold goods as they do not match the photo!

Decided I don’t want the dress as my granddaughter found out the website is from china and not from London as advertised, the website and items are AI generated. Emailed to get a refund and no response utterly disgusting business- will never buy from them again

Pity I didn’t look at reviews before I bought this shabby badly made dress it’s a complete con nothing like the advert the material was cheap and nasty I can’t wear it and can’t afford to send it back it’s disgraceful how these companies are allowed to carryon trading

Do not buy anything from this company. Its not in the uk.
I purchase shoes and i sized up thought i was buying from a uk company.
The shoes even though i sized up did not fit very small, i looked at return details which showed a london address but the return info sent meant it had to be sent back to China.
That costs more than the item. I could only get back a small amount from the company.
Returns process not worth it.

I purchased two pairs of "Leather" sandals from this company I waited 2 weeks for delivery when they arrived they are made of a foul smelling plastic!! I'm do ashamed to tell you how much I paid the customer service is really patronising refering to their returns policy they rely on the fact that people will not pay in excess of £20.00 to return these shabby products a real con I have put this mistake down to experience be careful with your hard earned cash

This company is nowhere near London but in China. So regardless of the advert saying 100% guaranteer refund when you eventually receive your inferior product, in my case a dress which looked nothing like the picture you ask to return and you are told you have to pay to return it to china which costs almost the same as the dress!shocking save your money

First of, the name of the "company" is misleading. The shoes took ages to arrive because they came from China! As anything that comes from their sweat shops, the quality is appalling. As for returns, you have to pay the postage back to China (£25) or accept a "generous" gesture of 10% of the price of the item! What a joke!

The Minelda V Neck Dress is anything but elegant, it is cheap & tacky polyester, the material is badly pieced together to make the full dress, the name & website are very misleading as they lead you to believe it is London based, definitely the worst purchase I have ever made - £33.95 down the drain, I have put it straight into a charity bag

They use a loop hole saying you can return items but they have to go back to China and they state you can use any courier but it should be recorded and would likely cost £25! They say their London branch is an office and not a distribution centre. I feel scammed.
