As a coach i need to easily make my client sign the contract. Since I use Xodo sign I earn time on make my client sign and also on remind them.
It's easy to use and I can send the document for sign in less than 10min it's very usefull for me and my business
I recomend Xodo Sign to every one who wants to earn time on administrative stuff, followup and reminder

We are using Xodo Sign from January 2023 for the signing documents with partners, employees and another subjects. It suits our needs (we are company of cca 50 people).

Xodo is a great piece of software for digital signatures. What I like most about it is the intuitive user interface (UI). I've been using it for my businesses for the last four years. Very easy to use.

Xodo Sign excels in electronic signatures, it is user-friendly and allows for real-time collaboration. It meets my small business needs perfectly. I can use it on my laptop and phone and it supports various file formats. With advanced features like form filling and annotations Xodo Sign competes with DocuSign but I found Xodo to be fairly priced.

I have tried most of the e-sign platforms, but Xodo is definitely the easiest to use, the most intuitive and quickest to upload your document and prepare it for signatures.

It's great that they have an entry level free service where you can get your business started without having to spend money upfront. Plus it's just super easy to navigate through.

I can get the digital signatures, prepare the document, ensure the input can be given by other party. Basic needs for a startup are being met.

This software is easy to use, very user friendly and it includes step by step visual guidance. It makes it tough to make a mistake. The bonus is Xodo sends you an email of the completed documents as well as stores your documents in your saved Xodo account for safe record keeping.

Just as good as DocuSign, but more affordable. Great for non-profits/individuals who just need a few documents monthly or reasonably priced plan for more frequent users. Easy to use features.

Xodosign is an amazing tool that has ease our day to day operations. It is user friendly and we are able to use e-signature feature at no time with templates availble to even further speed up or client deals and propel the service levels.

I have been a OneSpan (formerly eSignlive) for 3 years, and even though the process and the experience with OneSpan is not bad, I must say, that Xodo Sign has a better one.
1- Better upload documents system
2- More signing choices
3- Better capture signature system
4- More intuitive than OneSpan
5- Clients don't need any instructions about "how to sign", instead with OneSpan I have always sent instructions on how to do it to my clients and/or associates.

All in all, I will give 5 full stars.

My experience with Xodo Sign has been a great one so far. I am able to get everything I need to get done in an easy-to-use area with templates if I ever need assistance. I would recommend them to any of my friends who are in business and are looking for a company to help them with signing their contracts.
