Fantastic service. Came into the Macquarie Park showroom for a fitting. Bri was delightful. The shoes are amazing. Super comfortable and easy to put on.

First zipper pair of Billy shoes broke within a few months. Customer service replaced them when I sent the broken pair back. Second pair, same thing happened but as they only have a 90 day warranty, now I’m left without my sons favourite shoes. They offered me 20% off my ‘next pair’ but honestly, I won’t buy them again. They wore down really quickly, which is so disappointing as the idea of them & comfort are really good.

I absolutely love these shoes, have bought 3 pairs so far! Made all the difference for my husband who struggles to tie up his shoes, the zips are fanulous!

I had an issue with sizing and had to return my shoes. The returns portal is simple, easy to use and the customer service team were amazing at assisting me in getting the right size. My new pair of shoes got to me very quickly and I love them!

ordered some shoes off the everyhuman website, had them delivered, but I got the wrong size. When I asked for a return / exchange I was met with outstanding customer service. The team were super helpful and facilitated fast.
Great customer service.

Sent the wrong item (ordered specifically for sensory reasons/ NDIS) so it is of no use to us. Asked for a replacement or refund, but were told to print a label, go to the post office and send back first. Not easy with disability, regional living, countless appointments, and limited capacity.

Customer service very poor. As a disabled parent of a disabled child, I just wanted to be treated like a human and sent the right product or given a refund, not given an errand. I was not able to post back in the required window so I just lost the money. We would have been lifelong customers if they had replaced the low-price item with what we actually ordered, instead we will never shop there again

Not overall happy with service and sizing from them. Would be a 3/5 review but the hide negative reviews from their site

Buyer beware. 30 day refund has caveats. Shoes were uncomfortable and hurts the bone on my ankle. My refund request was refused, saying shoes were not defective.

They did offer a replacement or a gift voucher upon receipt of returned item at my own expense, why would I spend more money on postage to get a new pair when the first one I got was a dud. Binned the shoes.

Ummm amazing!

Im recovering from a bad fall with multiple fractures and a dislocated foot and these shoes were incredible. I can get them on easily, they’re comfortable on a painful foot and the designs are great.

Highly recommend to anyone just looking for a comfortable shoe.

got some shoes from this company and although they didn't fit right i had no problems sending them back and getting refunded also good communication throughout the sale/ return process they have a big range of products thanks everyhuman definitely try again in the future with your help im sure to find the right fit thanks from me in nz

Only shoes my 9 yo has happily worn in 3 years.

Well, first their customer service is impeccable, absolutely delighted with their efficiency and professionalism. They sell wonderful products that are easy to wear yet gorgeous! The shoes are so comfortable! I will definitely shop from Every Human again!

The customer service at Every Human is exceptional. Whilst it is often difficult purchasing shoes online, the team put a lot of effort in getting the best fit for one’s needs. My daughter has always struggled and her orthotics are custom made for her needs but shoes are not. There are at least options for her at Everyhuman

Visiting the Everyhuman showroom was a great experience thanks to the patience and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. I had ordered a shoe online and needed help with sizing as that shoe did not accommodate my new orthotic insert. I came away with exactly the shoe I wanted which fit perfectly and I feel the prices of these innovative shoes is very good considering the quality of the product. I will definitely buy here again.

Purchase two pairs, one being slightly reduced so ineligible for return. The shoes look good but due to bunions the zip is in the wrong place and not wearable- digs in too much to an already sensitive spot. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with bunions! Otherwise could be good. Customer service team was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry. 3 stars because I’m sure they’re good for some people.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I can wear them all day without getting sore feet or tired legs. Highly recommended

About 6 weeks ago was fitted with orthotics & to my surprise was disappointed with the sporting retail outlets to find a shoe that suited my new orthotics. Over the course of 3 weeks, tried on & purchased many shoes only to return them as my foot kept slipping out of the shoe due to a high orthotic.

Saw an ad for Everyhuman on FB & as I was in the area today, I popped in. I am so pleased I did. The service from Briony was excellent, the shoe fitted my orthotic & I walked out a very, very satisfied customer. Will be spreading the word on how comfortable Billy shoes are. Thank you!!!!!!!

We've gone through two pairs of shoes in the last three months. The zip broke on both or them in the exact same spot. First time we had them for a little under two months before they broke. It took two weeks to get the replacement pair that were worn for 3 days then they broke again but even worse than the first time. Poorly made and I would suggest going elsewhere especially if you have a toe walker and are using them for orthotics.

I was told by the orthotics place we got them through that you would not replace them again as it had exceeded the warranty.

Highly recommended this company the process of ordering and receiving my shoes was so easy and quick . The shoes are so comfortable.
