When we opened the box, the meat was nearly room temp, all the ice had melted, every plate not insulating their meat products in freezer bags anymore?

Great meals great prices no issues so…
Great meals great prices no issues so far apart from delivery being left in the sun instead of shaded area, but all good was only 15 minutes from receiving notification we were home.

I find the meals easy to prepare and can be changed to suit the family's needs. There is more than enough provided for an evening meal and gives the family a variety of food. If there is any negative is that you can only order meals for multiples of two people for each meal, so if you have 3 in the family, you need to buy for 2 or 4. Ordering is easy.

Love the food
Love the food, but some of the fresh food has not been so good. Two weeks ago the Coriander was limp & browned. The carrots were tiny as were the potatoes.
