Your ladies on the phones are fabulous. They are all so helpful. I bought my chap a pair of shoes and we live in ireland and brexit is hell and all the ladies were so kind a.d helpful to me when i didnt know where the shoes were. Unfortunately the shoes are too narrow, so we have to send them bk and change... my chap has called you re this and agan he said everyone is so helpful regarding stupid brexit. Thank you x

Superb quality shoes and fast speedy delivery of my order too.

Box arrived dirty ( the purple box that she shoes come in) - was embarrassing giving it as a gift and only half the order turned up! No socks and no shoe moulds.

Great pair of shoes for a brilliant price. Surprised by how long they took from order to delivery but worth the wait.

Beautifully made shoes, I did have issues with the first shoes ordered, I had ordered the Dehavilland brouges, after order I noticed there was a deal that I missed which was spend over £350 and get a free metal cobra shoe horn, I quickly emailed eves and gray and asked rather cheekily if I could add to my order to qualify for offer, they were very graciouse and yes I got my free shoe horn. unfortunately I ended up with a totally different pair of brouges which also had a blemish on the side of one of them, the shoe trees had the eves and gray sticker hanging off and I had to give them a good clean as they had a good layer of dust on them the sticker and dust easy to remedy. a little thing but I was also dissapointed that they didnt come in the perspex shoe boxes shown on website and youtube. i informed eves and grays customer service and i recived a call from their Director Tim he was very apologetic saw the photos and realised they were wrong he also explained that they no longer use the perpex shoe boxes because they crack in transit he also said he would deal with this personally. a week later i recieved the same wrong shoes again i contacted Tim and for some unknown reason a replacement pair was sent out for the ones i had returned and were not the ones he was sourcing for me, so i returned these also a week later the brogues i ordered arrived its a shame it was a week later than the wedding i bought them for but nevermind. and by the way they sent them out in a perspex shoebox and you guessed it the lid was broken... i was warned. after all of this i am delighted with the quality comfort and look of these shoes and i get many compliments while wearing them the shoe bags are good quality especially the outer velvet bag. i was so impressed i bought the monkstrap tomcat boots with shoe wax, special thanks to Tim he saw my order come through and he added some extra jars of wax.

Amazing quality product. I would recommend this company and their shoes emphatically. The delivery time was very swift. All round 10 out of 10. I will be using them again without a doubt.

This is my second pair of shoes from here now and to be completely honest i highly doubt i will go anywhere else for my shoes absolutely first class and so comfortable right from the get go wore my latest ones for a night out at the weekend and they were so comfortable and looked absolutely great. Excellent in every aspect.

Very easy buying process online and excellent timing on delivery. The product it’s self is impeccably well produced and extremely well built. As you can read I’m very happy with my new E&G boots. I would definitely purchase from them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them if you want a shoe-boot-footwear that’s not only well build, long lasting, relatively individually rare but also great looking. 9/10

The packaging is so carefully done even down to the way the parcel is wrapped. Then there is the shoes, WOW they are instantly comfortable which is amazing in my experience of shoes of all brands
