I ordered a photo frame with a cream mount.
After placing the order, I was informed that the cream mount was unavailable ( although it continues to be an option on the website).
I have been told I should wait 8 weeks for an update. I prefer to wait than select another colour, but I’m not happy.

All information about the work, contact and training was very clear and easy, there were no difficulties and it was a wonderful job to partake in

I would say that Evess is top-rate: they sent the goods I ordered promptly and by recorded delivery; the came in good order and good time; and though there was a problem with the size ordered (they had run out of 16.5) they supplied instead, as agreed, a suitable alternative. I have put in a new order.

I came in really nervous, almost crying but Tracy came to help me and calm me down. All of the staff members were super helpful and sweet. They helped with picking the correct hat for me and helped me pin it in. Made my graduation day great!

Graduation attire was fantastic getting me ready for my graduation, thank you so much to Tracy and the team for being so helpful on such a big day!!

It was great to be a part of the company as a ceremony assistant and as a graduand to be gowned by the company. As a graduand, the team was so supportive during the gowning. The return process was so simple too. As a ceremony assistant, I'm very happy to be a part of this wonderful team managed by Ms. Gemma and Mr. George. They are so supportive at all times. Works are done so simple with their help. So happy and excited to work with them in the coming years too and I wish I could be gowned by them once more.

A great company with a very organised system and they do really care about all their customers and definitely aim to make every graduation a memorable one.

I don’t normally leave a review for companies but today was expectional. While attending my graduation ceremony for the University of Southampton my grandmother had a nasty fall. However a lovely women named Sam and her team put her into a private air conned room and even brought her refreshments. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible.

I really recommend Evess, they make it really easy to book and hire graduation gowns, and make sure everything runs seamlessly on the day. Also exceptional customer service.

Amazing customer service. James, Zhané and Maria were all exceptionally helpful and made sure my graduation day went perfectly smoothly. So much appreciation for those 3 :) all other staff were happy and welcoming too, but those 3 dealt with me.

Worked thru temps for graduation gowning like twice now and i love working with Gemma, Sam, George and the rest of the team. I Couldnt have had asked for better colleagues to work alongside. Counting down to my final shifts with them in November before I graduate. Will miss working with them in the meantime!!

There was an initial error with the attire I received, which was disappointing. However, the issue was resolved efficiently, and the correct item was sent to me without further problems. I appreciate the prompt assistance in fixing the situation.
