In an area that can be confusing and fraught with murk and mishap, Evey provides a guiding light and an exceptional customer focused service. I have both bought and sold with Evey and each time it has been a hassle free, easy and very pleasant experience - indeed she managed to sell my last bag in under a day! She also took time out of her evening to communicate the good news, which adds a personal touch rarely seen today. Evey prides authentication above all else so you can but from her with confidence. I would highly recommend Evey to anyone looking to buy or sell high end bags/ accessories.

I bought several items from EVEYS now, - handbags, totes and scarves and all have been in really good condition. Evey is always really attentive and sends videos so you know the condition of the item and I trust her totally. Love all my bags (especially Chanel)!!

I contacted Eveys Preloved by email at the end of April, Evey responded to my email on the same day, which was the first indication of the excellent service I was about to receive from Evey and Eveys Preloved.
Within a week my items had been collected, authenticated and priced for sale. Three of my Handbags were sold over the first two days, once a sale was made I was contacted by Evey and the funds were deposited to my bank account within hours.
A live presentation by Evey on social media, showcasing some new arrivals, with some of my handbags included, had Evey contacting me throughout the first week having sold a further three handbags, again money deposited to my account within hours. Six of my handbags sold in the first week! even eliciting the comment from my rather sceptical partner “I’m quite impressed actually “.
So thank you Evey for making this a seamless experience, for your expertise and your thoroughness!
