BEWARE! Misleading site and abusive fees.This website operates as a hidden private intermediary (Compass World LLC) designed to trick travelers into believing it is the official Government of Canada portal. They collect all your private passport data through an identical questionnaire and, at the very last second, charge an abusive fee of $130 USD for a process that officially costs only $7 CAD.I requested a cancellation immediately after the payment was made, but their support team refused a full refund, claiming the process was "already underway." This is a deceptive business practice. I already obtained my official eTA on my own, and I have initiated a formal chargeback dispute with my bank (Citibanamex) for consumer fraud, along with a report to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).Do not use this site! This company made getting my Canadian travel authorization a breeze. Submitted everything online in minutes and received my eTA quickly. Saved me so much stress before my family vacation - highly recommend!

ARNAQUE le montant réellement prélevé n'est pas clairement indiqué lors du paiement, vous pensez payer 7 dollars alors que vous serez prélevé de 130. Bien évidement aucun numéro joignable et aucun ETA reçu

Applying for my Canada eTA through this service was incredibly smooth. I had my approval in under 24 hours and sailed through immigration at Toronto Pearson. Way easier than trying to do it myself on the official site - totally worth it!

Utter scam. Charge back immediately they pretend to be direct

Got suckered in, very deceptive with the ‘$7CAD + service fee’ at checkout, got charged $188AUD! I feel so stupid as I have never got caught out like this before. Disgusting business that should be shut down.

TOTAL SCAMMERS - Reporting the website e-visacan.com for deceptive billing practices and consumer misrepresentation. The site misleads travelers into believing it is an official portal for the Canadian eTA. The official government fee is CAD $7, but this merchant deducted USD $130 per person without displaying the total price anywhere on the final checkout screens. Furthermore, they failed to deliver the travel authorization for one of the applicants after 7 days, leaving us without the service we paid for."

scam, stated the price was 7$ but when i went to pay wanted to charge £100 luickly my bank noticed it was a fraud and stopped the payment

Yes a total scam. I fell for it twice and am CAD260 out of pocket. Shame on google!!!

Well sadly it took my a minute to realise it was a scam. I blocked my card right after so I should be good with my money. Fingers crossed

Call your bank immediately to try to get your money back!!!

Even if you don’t get your money back, report the transaction to your bank. The more people who report suspicious or misleading charges, the more information banks and card networks have to identify patterns and investigate merchants when handling disputes.

Scam, es totalmente una pagina fraudulenta, pense que era la pagina oficial para hacer el tramite, al final te dice que son 7 dolares para el tramite y terminan cobrandote 130 dolares mas. Mande inmediatamente correo para cancelar el tramite y me devolvieran el dinero, me contestaron con un mensaje que ya estaba en proceso mi aplicacion lo cual tampoco es cierto ya que me percate despues en el sitio oficial que me piden datos adicionales que no llene en el formulario que ellos me dieron.

This website is hugely misleading. Huge scam, stay far away. Needs shutting down ASAP and the scammers can go to hell.

I hope these scammers are brought to book soon. Customers are clearly being deceived and ripped off here.
The website looks official and even states the standard fee of 7 Canadian dollars for a Canadian visa. But once you enter your credit card details, you’re in for a nasty surprise. The fee then turns out to be a whopping 120 US dollars.

Zero stars. It's a tourist scam. They charge a huge commision. And they don't let you money back. Really bad. Don't recommend.

Scammers, affiche des frais de $7 pour l'eTA mais j'ai été débité $120, ce sont des voleurs, ne passez pas par eux, l'état Canadien le fait gratuitement

Complete scammers. They fully disguise the site as the official website of the Government of Canada. They show an amount of 7 CAD right up until payment. The amount they actually charge you only becomes visible after the purchase notification.
While the official website sends ETA confirmation within a few minutes, these scammers send notification of successful processing several days later — despite the fact that a request for a refund was sent to their listed email address instantly after the purchase.
I'm sure that making money this way won't make you any happier or richer.
And a special shame on Google for placing scammers' ads in your search results.
