My experience with EVO Fitness has been extremely disappointing.
Although I cancelled my membership on time, I was still charged NOK 459. I contacted customer service immediately and provided all the necessary information, but instead of resolving the issue quickly, I received neither an appropriate response nor a refund.
Communication was slow, and the level of customer service was far below what I expected. When a membership has been cancelled correctly, customers should be able to trust that no further charges will be made and that any incorrect payment will be refunded without unnecessary hassle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
My advice to potential customers: carefully monitor your bank or credit card statements and keep copies of all correspondence regarding your cancellation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EVO Fitness.
