From start to finish the service I received was second to none. After care was superb and every step of the process was made clear

From the first phone enquiry to Evo Dental to the consultation to the treatment they were honest, caring and professional.
My treatments day was Dec 25.
I arrived for 08.00 and was shown to my private suite, which was very comfortable.
After some normal questions and tests I went into the procedure room about 08.45 to be greeted by the most amazing team led by Assim.
Treatment was finished just after midday and I was taken back to my suite.
At 17.30 that evening I was fitted with my new top and bottom full jaw teeth
The reveal was emotional, as they looked unbelievably natural.
After years of crooked teeth, cavities, discomfort and self consciousness I finally had exceptional teeth and was proud to smile.
So I would recommend Evo- Dental to anyone, especially if you are a nervous patient like me.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish ,the warm welcome from the reception team to all the clinical co-ordination staff ,dental nurses and the highly qualified dentists I could not have asked for a better service thank you to all at evo dental Liverpool you are credit to your profession.

The Surgery was what I was concerned about initially,Maria and the team were very reassuring and I experienced very little pain .
The surgery went very well and would recommend sedation .
The aftercare was excellent all the way to having my final teeth fitted.

Background
My teeth were in very poor condition after years of avoiding the dentist. Losing both upper front teeth quickly after gum sores was the final trigger. Brushing had became painful, I could only chew on one side, my gums were badly inflamed, and my mouth bled at night. I was in a desperate state.
Consultation
Research pointed to full-mouth dental implants. I found EVO Dental (specialists in implants) with a clinic in Dartford and booked a free consultation. The team treated me with respect and after a full examination clearly explained the implant process, including bone grafting and potential side effects (taste changes, reduced bite feedback). Thankfully I was a suitable candidate.
Operation day
Sedated but awake, I spent 4 hours having teeth extracted and implants placed. The stitches for the bone graft made me wince a little. Overall the operation was uncomfortable rather than painful (discomfort score 2/10). Temporary 3D-printed teeth were fitted, they felt bulky in my mouth but looked good.
Recovery
I took 2 weeks off work (1 week might have sufficed). No pain, only discomfort: sore throat/lips, facial swelling, tender jaw from the graft. All improved significantly after 4–5 days. Soft foods were manageable immediately; by 2 weeks I needed no painkillers. After 1 month, swelling and the graft/infection lump had fully resolved. I could eat confidently.
3-month review
Temporary bridges removed to check healing—everything was progressing well. Noticed slight movement; one bridge had fractured but remained secure. Replaced by the EVO team Immediately for a new one. Full 3D intra-oral scan taken. Discussed final zirconia design (size, colour, alignment); dentist’s recommendations were very helpful.
Final fit
Five weeks later my temporaries were removed, zirconia bridges fitted in under an hour. No adjustments needed. Final X-ray confirmed good bone healing. The result looked like natural individual teeth—excellent colour, much less bulky, normal speech, improved taste sensation. I love them.
Conclusion
The treatment transformed my life. I can now bite and chew anything, my teeth look fantastic, and I finally have confidence in my smile. EVO Dental treated me with genuine dignity and respect throughout. The dentistry, nursing, equipment and materials were outstanding. Based on my experience, I can strongly recommend EVO Dental.

I approached EvoDental with a great deal of trepidation as dentures were not an option for me . It is an all or nothing procedure and there is no going back once started. From the moment I arrived my hand was held along every step of the journey. All the staff are lovely and extremely reassuring. I had a particular idea of what I wanted the final product to be and nothing was too much trouble to achieve this.
I cannot recommend them enough, not inexpensive but worth every penny. Thank you for giving me back my smile.

Great experience! They melted away a lifetime of fears within 10 minutes of me walking through the door. You immediately feel a calming atmosphere and are greeted by friendly faces. Everything is explained to you, there is no pressure to make a decision. Surgery day was incredible,
I opted for sedation, and knew nothing of the procedure. I went in at 8am and came out at 3pm with the most amazing smile. Armed with painkillers... I had no pain and a little bruising less than expected tbh. No painkillers required after 3 days. I was contacted on several occasions to check I was ok. I am now 13 months post surgery, and delighted! Nothing would have convinced me that I could have such an amazing smile and feel able to not fear eating what I want. It took me a long time to realise that I was worth spending the money on me! Best thing I have ever done. Stop thinking you cant afford it and start saying you're worth it!! Team Solihull are my herodentals...
