Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Lots of information prior to fitting and helping me make decision on what charger to get. All call handlers very friendly and helpful. Organised fitting very quickly. Pre info given prior to fitting day on what to expect. Fitting day again, brilliant! Updated of arrival time and what will happen during fitting, very helpful with giving me details / guidance on the app. Anybody needing a charger with no idea on what or how to get, use this company! So so helpful, fitting very neat and tidy.

So easy from start to finish
The website was easy to use, getting a quote was simple, the follow-up call was clear and concise, arranging a survey was easy with photographs and then a visit, I was a little bit more complex, the fitting took less than two hours, Josh was on time, so pleasant, tidied up after himself, gave us a good explanation of the app and how to use the charger and the help and assistance if required. We couldn’t fault the whole process.

Great experience
Swift communication at each stage with the company. Easy to complete home survey via email. Rob, the installer from Evolution Solutions, was courteous and professional. He answered all my queries and kept me updated throughout. The installation process was quick, clean and tidy. Rob supported me with the app settings and demonstrated the charger as far as possible as I don’t yet have the EV. Overall a very positive experience.

Ohme charger installation
The engineer was excellent. He rang well in advance of his arrival then arrived on time. He asked where I would prefer the unit and the cable run. He also explained the process, time it would take and how long and when the power would be off. Finally, cleaned up fully after the job was complete. Very polite man!

Super job from Ben
Ben did a super job of fitting our charger in and it required some tricky navigation of our garage to do so but you wouldn’t know that looking at the result. Thank you for doing such a fab job and for being friendly and helpful!

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend Kieffer
We had our EV charger installed today by Kieffer from Evolution Solutions, and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the initial survey to the final installation, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly tidy. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless.
It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical skill with such a respectful, courteous approach. Kieffer did a fantastic job and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality electrical work.

CARL EXCELLENT SERVICE …
I had Ev charger installation appointment today . I did contact different company but they make my installation nightmare. Because my electric meter was in my back garden .
Evolution solution and engineer CARL did excellent service. CARL WAS SUCH A NICE PERSON. HE DID EXCELLENT JOB AND GIVE ME HUNDREDS PERSONT SATISFACTION.

Cannot fault any aspect of the service
Following the initial query, the communication and service received have been 110%. We were kept fully informed and given a time for the engineer to arrive.... and he arrived on the dot!
EV charger installed and in working order.

Alex went above and beyond for our installation, getting beneath the floorboards into stagnant freezing rain water. Very informative, nothing too much trouble - great tradesman to have in the home and a real asset to the company!
