Matt was a great help
Matt was a great help, he explained to me initially what he is gonna do and when he gonna turn off electricity. He did a decent neat work and made sure its tidy enough after work as well.

Ohme Home Pro EV charger installation
The installation of our Ohme Home Pro EV charger was carried by Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and explained the installation process in great detail. He did a very clean and tidy job and his explanation of how the charger and app worked was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company and their employee Daniel.

Couldn't Fault
The installer, Josh, had just the "can do" attitude I like in a tradesman. He installed our charger quickly and professionally. My wife and I are very pleased with the service provided.

Unit was initially not fitted straight and white sealant was used in a black unit. Company were quick to rectify.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Lisa in the office was very pleasant and helpful. Our engineer Keiffer was very efficient letting us know time of arrival etc. He did a really neat and tidy job and explained everything to us. Would definitely recommend the company.

The installation engineer was Mathew
The installation engineer was Mathew. He was courteous and happy to discuss the best place for the charger. He explained everything about the charger and the app. I am happy with the service I received.

Friendly, efficient and great communication.
What a great experience from start to finish.
I put an enquiry in one evening had a call from the team the next day and explained all my options and the best charger for my needs. Survey photos sent and booked in a week later for the install. I was given a number of reminders about the install appointment leading up and one last one an hour before the engineer’s arrival. The charger was fitted within a couple of hours and was given a run through of the features.

Great communication with a smile
The engineer Kyle,
He was on time and very pleasant,
he did his installation extremely well 👍🏼
Installation takes around two hours.
Also was great communication from his side too. He explained everything really well and showed us how to download the app and explained what we needed to do next.
I can honestly say I would recommend this company for everyone. They were quick getting in touch with us to get everything started. Thank you 😊

Great Service
