Guys a scammer plan and simple rinsed me good will be filling a police report don’t expect my money back avoid
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this has been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a product.
I placed an order for a Pokemon product on 5th February with a release date of 20th February 2026. Over a month later, I still have not received the item, any real tracking information, or a clear and honest update on its status.
What’s most frustrating is the series of contradictory and misleading updates I’ve been given:
• I was told the item would be “shipped tomorrow” on 5th March
• When I chased once again on 18th March after not receiving the product it was then that it would be sent “immediately”
• 30th March, still no product, I chase once again, I am now told there is delivery issues from the distributor and that they are now awaiting stock again
This constant backtracking has completely undermined any confidence in the seller. At one point, I was even shown photos suggesting the product was in hand, only to later be told they were still waiting for it.
Waiting over a month with false promises and inconsistent communication is simply unacceptable. As a result, I have now had to raise a chargeback with my bank.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as this experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Pre-ordered a number of different Pokemon Ascended Heroes items in December 2025. After this set was released in February 2026, neither of my orders had been sent out. I emailed multiple times and mainly received automatic replies saying my email would be responded to the following morning, which it never was. I gave it some time as they said they were a small operation but after multiple re-stocks in other locations and no movement here, I asked for a refund on both items. Immediately I was told that my items were being packed and sent and there was even a photo included to prove it. However, that never happened and I can only assume that photo was someone else's order. I asked again for a refund a few days later and my orders were cancelled and my refund was promptly issued after a few working days. The speed of the refund is the only reason why this isn't a 1* review. I won't be using again and I'd advise caution for anyone considering buying from them.
I pre ordered Pokemon on November 30th. I’ve been emailing to try and find out what is happening and I haven’t had any response or updates and it’s now March 28th. I finally received an email today saying my order has been cancelled but it hasn’t been refunded yet. Shocking customer service and have held my money for over 4 months with no intention of sending any products.
Found this little gem great business Evolution cards, sorted my delivery as i selected wrong and cant wait for my son to get his mega booster box.
I was part of a Journey Together prerelease event in store, and the owners were very friendly and professional throughout. When mistakes happened they were very open and honest, and got them sorted very quickly.
Had a great time, looking forward to coming back again!
Order was cancelled without warning or an explanation. When asking why they had been cancelled I was told due to allocation issues, which is fair enough and understand it is beyond their control.
However, where's the communication? No email stating allocations are rumoured to be low, no warning it might get cancelled, just a cancellation email saying you'll see a refund in 9 to 14 working days (Also a ridiculous timeframe).
The poor communication is why this is a 1 star review, had they communicated properly this would not be the case. Don't just assume people are aware of stock issues.
Item came very quickly and was packaged up very well. Can tell the company care about the buyer and product. Also came with a promo card and little bag of sweets which was an awesome addition. Will defo buy again when stock is updated!
