Utterly dreadful
Utterly dreadful. The App does not work. Links do not work. Just an endless loop of Log in. They have no contact phone number and the Bot just resends the Log in link. They seem to have no customer service.

Not a tech head
I suppose the process was easy enough but not being good with technology I really struggled and found it very frustrating although I was very grateful for the 2 vouchers I received and the service itself was very good.

Absolutely appalling service, will never use again.
Absolutely appalling service. I have a few hundred £ in vouchers, that I cannot receive links to or redeem, and no matter how much I have asked for help, I have been ignored. Links do not work, and no one replies to support tickets. It’s my first time using Evouchers and certainly the last.
Hundreds of £ being stolen from me is so upsetting. Be very careful in using this company, I see here that many people have had terrible experiences of never getting their money and ‘terms and conditions’ may as well say ‘we can legally keep your money if we decide to and there will be nothing you can do about it’.
I have never written a negative review on any company, but this treatment is so shocking, I couldn’t not warn people.

Simple and Easy to Use
We have been in receipt of supermarket vouchers from Evouchers for a year now, and we have found the experience simple and easy to use. When we have called the support team they have been excellent.

Every time I get E vouchers for my kids…
Every time I get E vouchers for my kids , the barcode is cut off , and staff at the supermarket are very rude when ask them to type in the code.. I shouldn't have to be having this trouble all the time.. it's irritating.. this is my first time complaining, and it's been ever since this keeps happening and getting disrespected for supermarket workers..

Very easy to use, online or in store
Very easy to use and there is a free app to store the voucher in. I spend my vouchers online, where they just work like a normal gift card, but I know people that have used theirs in store with no issues.
