They scammed me.

I ordered on Black Friday and still have not received my order. They said two of the three items are out of stock and will not be in anytime soon, but they are still selling them on the website. They will only offer store credit. At this point, I have not received my merchandise, a credit or a refund. Or my one item that IS in stock, even though I've told them multiple times to ship whatever is available. I've heard their product is good, it's a shame they took more orders than they could handle and left their customers disappointed like this. And to not give a refund under these conditions is absolutely insane. This company is a total scam. Please avoid them - they don't care about their customers at all.

Damage and stolen packages

12 packages yes this is how many i order last 10 days. All arrive by EVRY, with experience of guy ringing on the throwing the package and leave without even wait 10 seconds to see if someone will open the door i showbup on window and ask him why he already running to the van he absolutely disrespectful answered to me I DONT HAVE A WHOLE DAY, IS IT THE PARCEL THERE YES SO WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!! that i told him if he get paid for thia job should do the job correct, is it now my problem that he is greedy and pick up so many packages that on 12 hours slot he can't complete them. I said to him i will report the package as lost or stolen as he left it somewhere on my driveway i have to look for it later on his disgusting action was PLEASE PLEASE DO IT PLEASE REPORT IT DONT GIVE A..... this was the answer such a dramatic scene from him. Well tis is nothing catch this one every single package EVERY single on arrive open yes open from the corners or cut with knife directly from the middle to check the package contain. I have most od the items from amazon books so on package they looks like tablets all they was open from both side, other packages i have arrived at the next few days same story but this time professional cut from the middle all the same cuts deep one 1 of the item was cozy winter socks and they ware cut.My girlfriend items also arrive by EVRY same story all cut from thr middle or corners with blade TO COMPLAIN about this you can't realy you going to automatic chat with bot and you done, she did report few od them also she have a pictures i also have pictures but no where to upload them. So EVRY will say package possible was damage during transit thats why they are open PLEASE SAVE IT, WE ALL KNOW EVERYBODY KNOW drivers from amazon and EVRY still packages this is weekly bonuses they do, how i know i got bunch of people i know from far distance they do this to live, non of this drivera care about how many packages they will do a day or week, i know people who at the end of the week from EVRY and Amazon stilling they fill a entire van with packages and than sell it on BITS. AVOID AVOID EVRY disrespectful attitude awful delivery save money choose another company. It's to late to say this with 90% bad reviews EVRY is top 1 at Trust pilot JUST IMAGINE how poor this company

Evri were supposed to deliver a parcel…

Evri were supposed to deliver a parcel from lakeland today. I was advised Andrew would deliver between 7.30pm and 8.30pm. At 8.45 I got a message to say they couldn't deliver as no one home. Rubbish!!! Not only were we home i sat at the window for the given hour and no one came. This is not thefirst or second time deliveries haven't arrived. Always at night. The drivers just go home. Not good enough!!!!!

Wish I read these reviews sooner! Terrible non existent customer service. Cheap looking products and is not delivered in the shipping time frame provided. Avoid Evry! There are so many other much better companies with nicer products out there at the same price point.

Worse delivery company - no customer service line

In line with various reviews, I'm quite surprised by the absence of a direct customer service line. Their contact number directs you to an automated system, offering only predetermined options. After recording a message, the promise is that someone will return your call.

I've been attempting to locate my parcel for the past three weeks, and this experience has left me with the decision to avoid using Evri in the future.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, my Parcel was completly open and broken, ithem inside damaged, the driver left the Parcel and left without give me time to ask what happens, looks like someone Jump on my Parcel, i spend money on It and what i recive back? Rubbish. Shame on you

Waiting too long!

Although delivery driver was fine, I had been tracking parcel which seemed to be with evry a few days before getting to me. Royal mail would have been quicker in this instance as small parcel.

avoid it like the plague

Evry is, by far the worst delivery company in the UK.

It used to be called "Hermes" and the reputations was, deservingly, so bad that they had to change it to "Evry" in the short lived window of life of this renamed company, the whole country seems to be aware of how horrible it is.

I gave them a try, as a seller because Etsy just added them as a delivery option. 1 out of 2 parcel disappeared into thin air... Paid a premium for next day delivery and it has been in limbo for over a week

to make things worse, there is no way to get to anything remotely similar to customer service other than probably the dumbest AI agent in the age of AI.

Customer service phone line should be mandatory

How can a logistics company have no customer service phone line? They don't even have a real chat service available. All right if you just need to drop off a return at your local store, but utterly frustrating when deliveries go wrong, and they do.

My Saturday guaranteed delivery arrived on Monday night, barely any viable update in-between. The driver was a kind man, he was nice and looked exhausted.

So lazy drivers they don't even knock

No phone number to complain...the drivers doesn't care to knock on door even if I'm waiting for my parcel ..and always is happening to get message I'm not home or no access...when gate is broke and you can see it and they don't wanna come to knock on door ...and I don't have a choice to chose the delivery company because I will never chose this company... better Royal mail at any hour ...you need do something regarding your driver's Every..and I will tell you on location Oldham

The worst and most unreliable delivery…

The worst and most unreliable delivery company. Missing parcels, parcels delivered to the wrong address, never on time. Courier person saying that no one was at home when I was! They do not ring the bell either they get the address wrong.
To get a delivery with them is a lottery.

We buy goods online from House of frazers and we paid for second day delivery as few of the products suppose to be a birthday present ! We are waiting for 2 days and no info about the parcel !? They keep saying that the parcel is to big and they need a special delivery !
Second time when this is happening!!

Mostly good service only had problem twice.

I wrote a review for this company few days ago and straightway they contacted me by email and not just once twice for the same complaint. Thanks to trustpilot, as couldn't contact them before on the phone not even helpful in chat either.
I would like to say, I have received all my parcels now. Also the new ones on time as well.
Hope they will keep this in future deliveries as well. Will say thanks to them as well. It might be the busy time as Christmas is soon approaching, I think.

The courtesy and respect from your driver's is second to none, am I just lucky? People just complain for the sake of it I'm sure, I have had nothing but excellent service, I'm sorry to rock your boat people but now and again give credit where credit is due, a white van man has a difficult job, I know they are late sometimes but Chill please the traffic is just
horrendous, to be honest I ordered on line so I don't have to drive down town and try and park up, I think they do a great job, when they changed the name and re organised the company it improved no end, well done

Useless company

Ordered a jumper got it delivered God knows where. Couldn't get in contact with them lost money and time. And this isn't the first time having trouble with them. Absolutely useless.
