Signed up for the purpose of getting our events published (for search ranking and AI citations) and Evvnt did a good job helping us reach more eyeballs. Actually forgot about our listings. Our official website indicated all our events have been sold out, but since our Evvnt listing showed available spots (which we actually forgot to update), someone registered and made the payment on a session that was otherwise full capacity. Long story short, Evvnt Support Bryan was super helpful in explaining what happened to our account, how payments went through even when there was no bank account set up and how they disabled our account thinking it was a fraudster posing as us. But Bryan was extremely amazing in getting all this sorted out. Really excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Evvnt to anyone in need of an event ticketing / marketing website.

I cancelled my subscription but they continued to charge my card $120 per month. I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve let them know their marketing is deceptive and fraudulent.

Working with the staff at EVVNT was such a pleasure! They made advertising our upcoming Michael Blackson event on Feb 21st 2026 incredibly easy. Although we use a different platform for ticket sales, it was great to have another outlet to plug our "I Deported Myself" Comedy tour. We will definitely be working with them again on our future events.

It’s ok. Honestly there are worse platforms. However, this one offers features that are not fully out of beta mode. We lost around $200 because they were giving a 50% off discount to our subscribers that was unwarranted. Though the issue has been fixed, it did take an entire two weeks to resolve, there was never an offer to mitigate our loses. Yeah it’s $200, but we are a nonprofit working on a shoestring budget. That $200 could do a lot for us.

Plus, the idea of “pushing your event” to publications is promotional at best. They claim multiple news outlets in your area. For us… it’s 3. And we are in Austin Texas, a huge market.

I also work for multiple companies and it seems like they are trying to monopolize on small companies by offering products they can’t deliver on. From my experience I’d stick with something that offers more robust options that have been tested and you don’t end up being their beta test.

I had an issue with a ticket I purchased. I was charged but received no ticket. They handled the issue very quickly and were such kind people to talk to!

Promotion of our annual Massey Hill Lions Club “Swinging for Sight” Golf Tournament was critical to the success of this annual event for the visually impaired. We were able to pick up golfers and sponsors that might not have normally been aware of our event! Thank you for all the exposure!

I listed with EVVNT and ran for months, shelling out $320/month. I run a tiny venue, every dollar counts. How many clicks did we get? 0. For THOUSANDS of dollars.

The customer service is really good - which is always important. Knowing that if I call or email they will get straight back to me and help me. I have my own contact there who I speak to (Rob) which is great as he knows what services and plans I need and I don't need to keep explaining it to other people. So all in all just a great, friendly service!

The prompt response to calling in a request for assistance. I received a phone call within 10-15 minutes of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and corrected issue while on the phone. He called me back about 20 minutes later to follow up to ensure the fix was still working.

Sarah A was so helpful. She gave me a great deal that my non-profit group with limited funds could afford. At my request, we had multiple conversations. Over the summer, I bought a premier subscription to support four large music events at our church, but then had to cancel that subscription because the church couldn't afford to maintain it. I wrote to Client Services at Evvnt to ask for help and received immediate, personalized attention. Faberge and Bryan understood the situation and accommodated my needs. When i discovered a glitch a month later, I wrote back and once again received immediate satisfaction. I enjoyed working with the team at Evvnt, and will continue to use it as a primary tool for advertising our events.
