Had been let down last minute by another delivery service, Exact Delivery were able to fit me in with no problems. Staff are all very friendly and professional, they even carried my items in for me - looking forward to using again!

The delivery of a mattress was efficient and simple. A date was made, a time was offered and it all happened as expected. They actually went above and beyond as the delivery was on a Friday evening at 18:30 in Ashford, Kent and they then had to get back to Birmingham. They even took my old mattress away for a small fee. Nice guys doing reliable deliveries. What more could you want. Great job. Well done. Thank you.

Brilliant. I got a phone call an hour before the delivery time.
The chair was carried into the house and put in place.
The delivery guys were polite and helpful.

My £999 item turned up bashed in various places. The marble is cracked and chipped and there’s a big chunk out of the wood. They admitted to this. They asked for my bank details and transferred £50 with no explanation of how they came to this amount, and no reimbursement for the service. When this was questioned they have taken it upon themselves to block me on Whatsapp. I will now have to go around the houses trying to get some money back for the damage they have caused. Run a mile!

Tried numerous calls and haven’t spoke to anyone at customer service.

Delivery came on date not agreed, said they left a card but never. Still without my delivery. Really poor experience.

Great communication, kept informed of delivery, product (John Lewis armchair) was as advertised and in excellent condition. Shipping company were also excellent.

They arrived at the beginning of the delivery slot which was welcomed. Moved the bike into the garage as requested.
Questioned twice if I had paid which I had throug “the gym equipment” page.
Otherwise professional and friendly.

Courier kept us informed all the way from collection to delivery. Driver and drivers mate were very frendly, and careful of the couch that was been delivered and very careful of our property when bringing into the house.would highly recomend them to friends and family .cost was very competitive .
