The ordering process was simple fast delivery

Exactprint offer a really excellent, fast, efficient and professional service. I create my graphic, use their very easy website, that offers a wide range of customisable products, upload my image and then checkout. Order processing is not only quick, but you are kept informed right through to delivery.

I highly recommend Exactprint everytime. Try them out for yourself and you’ll love their services too.

You took my money but never printed or delivered my product.

Refund my money.

First of all, FEMI IS INCREDIBLE. He is absolutely right for his job in customer support and I would have given HIM 5 stars and but took off two because of Exactprint. I was on the phone with Femi for over 90 mins to sort out a problem that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place except because of ExactPrint’s tech issues. Despite the total drain on my time, FEMI’s attitude towards problem solving and life really impressed me and in the end, gave me an important lesson.

Ok, so the issue with ExactPrint are 3:

1. Their website tells you that downloading mobile app for orders gets you 10pc discount. Except no discount shows up on the app. When I called up to ask how to apply it, the first person has no idea and says to add it on the order comments.

2. Second time I call to ask about the discount and my order, the employee also has no idea and tells me to send an email. 15 mins later, there’s an email sent at 4:43pm telling me that they’ve paused my order the evening before it’s supposed to be picked up and unless I agree to taking the credit in lieu of discount, I would need to cancel the entire order. Nice. 90 mins on the phone next with Femi at 7:15pm to try to figure out how to unpause the order. Which Femi manages to do, not for a lack of trying. Still, I have not received the credit in lieu of the discount on my account.

3. The T-shirts used for printing is Fruit of the Loom Valueweight…which is a thin 160gsm. This is not a quality cotton T-shirt. It’s a cheap product. Out of the printed T-shirts, they are inconsistent in terms of print placement and 1 out of 35 has bleeding font and a different colour font. Not happy about this…but try calling their office and find out that their production is in Ashford and they would need to get in touch with them…blah blah blah.

In summary, not pleased with the final product nor the way this business cannot issue a simple refund on a discount that they advertised on their website…plus how they expect customers to make their life simpler. Not the other way around.

They do have a fast turnaround time though, so if that’s the priority…

I’m not sure I would use them again unless they can use a better quality product for the T-shirts and improve their overall customer service.

Still, my hat off to Femi for never losing his cool and always trying to figure out different ways to help!

I have been a customer for 2 years and have never been disappointed. Reliable, quick turnaround with high-quality print. I love that even though my custom print was last minute and I couldn't figure out how to get the exact cutout, they thought through a workaround with me and suggested the material to use. It turned out great and was durable throughout my event. Thank you.

I placed a last minute order for customised text on T-shirts for a group that needed the Tees for an event. I placed 2 more orders hours later, for the same group, yet all the T-shirts were delivered together,days before the event.

I honestly wasn't sure the last 2 orders would be delivered in time for the event. I messaged the team and explained the situation and they were kind enough to get the last 2 orders ready and delivered everything together. Thank you so much!
