Found the Belstaff Jacket i was after at a great price at Excel. Ordering was simple to do and delivery was within a couple of days. Will have no problem ordering again from Excel.

Bought a barbour sidney coat, 50% cheaper than Barbour direct. Genuine product as tried on at barbour, true quality item. Small postage fee, arrived in 3 days. Highly recommended

I ordered uggs for my girlfriend for Christmas from here. She had old uggs from original website, and the quality was incomparable. These were fake. Everything looked similar, but it wasn’t wool in the uggs, some synthetic material. Return was easy enough and quick, but cost €10.

There was a problem with parcel customs clearance in Canada that took me a month to receive. However, Excel clothing customer support was so helpful and accountable throughout the delivery process and resolved the issue by contacting the UPS and the border services. I safely received my parcel and very happy with the items. I would order again from here. You gained my trust!

Awful customer service. My parcel never arrived and Excel Clothing hardly care. I've received just one email in over a week saying they will investigate with Royal Mail. No apologies or any offer of replacement/refund. I've spent over a £100 with them with nothing in return. They just don't seem to care.

However, the returns process could be clearer, as I had to dig for refund details. Great for premium fashion, but double-check their policies!
