Absolutely excellent service, just as their name suggests! I was worried about putting my flat up for sale because it hadn't been deep cleaned in over four years. When I saw the finished result, I was amazed. Every room was spotless, and I was especially impressed with how they removed all the limescale from the bathrooms—they looked like new.
A big thank you to the hardworking team for their outstanding job. I have no doubt that I will use their services again

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning for my flat with Excellent Services Company at very short notice because my flight was scheduled for the same day. Honestly, the service exceeded all my expectations. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
A special thank you to Adam and his colleague, who did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently within a very limited time and left my flat absolutely sparkling. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and dedication.
I am truly grateful to the company and the entire team for making such a stressful day much easier. I highly recommend Excellent Services Company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality cleaning services. Thank you once again.

Nothing excellent about this service
Nothing excellent about this service. Charged my landlord for a professional end of tenancy clean and only performed a domestic clean. Make sure you check do your quality checks because they will charge you for work they haven't done.
EDIT: Following my review, I was contacted by the company who threatened legal action if this review wasnt removed within 24 hours. My review stands and is supported by photographic evidence.
UPDATE: After unsuccessfully trying to have my review removed, the company followed up and offered a gesture of goodwill to resolve this matter which I have accepted.

We are disappointed that this review remains published, as our investigation established that you were not our customer and had no contractual relationship with our company.
The booking, quotation, payment, and all communication regarding this service were made with the individual who instructed us. We have no record of any correspondence, complaint, booking, invoice, or payment from you. Nearly a month after the service had been completed, this review appeared without any prior attempt to contact us to discuss any concerns.
Once we became aware of your review, we contacted Trust pilot and provided evidence that you were not our direct customer. We also contacted you directly to explain our position and requested that the review be removed, as we believed it did not meet the criteria of a genuine customer review. We remain surprised that Trust pilot decided to retain the review despite the evidence we submitted.
We then contacted our actual customer, who confirmed that they had not raised any complaints with us. Nevertheless, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered them a complimentary re-clean if required.
Although you were not our customer, we still made every effort to resolve your concerns. We first offered a complimentary re-clean, which you declined because you had already arranged alternative cleaning. We then made an unconditional goodwill payment towards the additional cleaning costs you stated you had incurred, despite having no contractual obligation to do so. This offer was accepted.
We are therefore disappointed that the review continues to suggest we failed to resolve the matter. Throughout this process, we acted professionally and in good faith, making every reasonable effort to reach an amicable outcome.
We welcome honest feedback from genuine customers, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve our services. However, we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the experience of the person who contracted our services. We stand by the evidence we have provided and remain committed to delivering high standards of service to all of our customers.

Very much sub standard
Very much sub standard. So many cupboards left dusty. Non functioning Fire place still had so much ash when I came back to check . Carpet cleaning didn’t take out many stains (although that is acceptable as it’s hard).
They however did clean dishwasher gutter and kitchen hood well.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we always encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if there are any concerns. We offer a 48-hour free re-clean guarantee specifically so that any overlooked areas can be addressed promptly and efficiently.
Following an internal review with our team, we also noted that several tasks, including cleaning the fireplace, dishwasher gutter, and kitchen hood, were completed as complimentary extras, despite not being included in the original quotation. Our team carried out this additional work in an effort to exceed expectations and ensure your satisfaction.
As a gesture of goodwill and to protect our reputation for quality service, we contacted you directly and offered a complimentary re-clean despite the concerns being raised outside our guarantee period. This offer was declined.
We genuinely value all customer feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us improve our services. While we respect your opinion, we feel that this review does not fully reflect the additional work undertaken, the support offered, or our efforts to resolve the matter.

Cleaning service that shines
it was a Saturday and I needed a cleaning service to come that very day.... not only did they come on time, the 2 men that came, did a great job of an after building works clean on a property that was so filthy ..... I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using their services again.
