Excel with Business was fine until they changed owenership and new owners no longer offering lifetime accesss. Tried to use again and access denied. Is this a scam? Seems to be.

I had some issues getting set up with my courses on different computers and the EWB staff were extremely helpful with my multiple requests. I cant remember when I have had better help and follow up than with the EWB staff

i was self taught at excel but realised…
i was self taught at excel but realised that some of my methods were time consuming - have treated course as though complete beginner doing every module about 12 hours in and have learnt alot

We are aware that some of our courses (specifically the Excel course) have a lot of text, and some un-narrated videos.
We are currently working to update these products in the near future to improve their structure and content.
In the meantime, if you'd like to check out some other courses e.g. Microsoft Access for Beginners, and Advanced Microsoft Access, you may find them more to your liking as they are heavy on narrated videos in addition to downloadable course files and exercises. They certainly have a much lower text content.
If you do find the other courses more agreeable, we hope that you would reconsider your one-star review as it's very damaging to us.

I have really enjoyed doing this course…
I have really enjoyed doing this course online, it has been very easy to grasp and where there were more difficult parts it was well explained. I found this course to be very user friendly and it made my learning so much more enjoyable. I will definitely do a few more courses.

Dissapointing no video and voice
In this day and age teaching a course and not using video and voice walk through is difficult for me to comprehend for what price i paid. I felt let down it was not done through video and voice.

I cannot review what I don’t have
I cannot review what I don’t have. I’ve tried cancelling the order and getting a refund but am told I waited too long. Whatever I did to get the product did not work for me. I’m going to ask for help from my credit card company to get a refund.
