That said, I did find a few parts of the company’s process a bit unclear. When I first signed up, some of the language around their packages felt a little vague, and it wasn’t immediately obvious what specific services or limits came with each one. Toward the end of my consulting journey, I actually reached out to ask what else my advisor could assist with, just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. It wasn’t a major issue, everything worked out fine, but clearer upfront communication would have made the whole experience smoother and more transparent.

Still, I think Exceptional Grad lives up to its name in terms of the quality of its team and their dedication to clients. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly invested in seeing students succeed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for guidance with grad or law school applications, just make sure to ask detailed questions about what’s included in your package from the start.
