I placed an order and paid via PAY PAL for the Set of 3 Celebration Hurricanes by Valerie. I was notified that they were delivered by the US. postal Service, I checked with neighbors, and no package has been delivered. Their update included a tracking number that I am unable to locate online as it was not sent via the United States Postal Service. It’s been almost a week since I received this message and I will be getting in touch with PayPal to have this charge reversed due to not receiving what was paid for. I also look to see if a picture was taken at the time of delivery and there is no such thing.

The cylinders are just ok. In person, I see that they are as thin as tin cans, and have that cheap, plastic quality.
The cost was more than I usually would have spent, but your advertising makes them look like they're good quality. It took a long time to get them. They are disappointing.

The artificial flowers I received were not at all like the advertised films! They were skimpy and very disappointing. They do not take returns and made an insulting offer of a refund of $12 when my order was over $60! Do not allow yourself to be deceived by the advertising!

The product was packaged well and was good quality.

Placed an order in January, still not received it in April.
They do answer my emails regarding this issue but no tracking details or if there is a problem
I have now requested a refund but not confident on receiving one

Ordered wall art, received email that it was delivered to my mailbox. USPS has no record of that delivery. Commie scam

BS scam drop ship company which delivers crap from China while stating they ship goods via States customs to Europe. My so called Wall art , 40USD, was delivered heavily folded in an envelop from China.
While asking for compensation, since the delivered item wasn't even close to the thing i ordered., they initially offered 3USD and as a final 9USD. Told them to shove it.

Ordered a Wall art of 50x70 on their Instagram account which supposedly got shipped via the States to Europe, Netherlands. Waiting for weeks and it was just delivered , folded up multiple times in an envelop from China. Paid almost € 40,= for this BS and want my money back.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star absolute scam not delivered from 12jan, only excuses that carrier will update blah blah

Waited WEEKS for an item and no delivery - when I emailed them for live tracking they sent what can only be an automatic note to say 'sorry you've not received this, we'll put another in the post today'

Absolute fraud, charged me sent me tracking details and never sent anything. Definitely never trying them again. Trash company and service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. It’s been a month and a week and nothing

Have not received my order keep saying it’s in transit , when checking status it is unknown be careful I do not recommend ordering from this web site as order never received

Virkelig dårlig kvalitet.
Efter at have installeret et af deres produkter, finder jeg ud af at det ikke virker som det skal, kun til dels.
Da installationen er foretaget af en professionel har jeg ikke indpakningen det kom i.
De beder om QR kode på pakningen men selv om jeg giver den ordre nummer og sender billeder af manglende funktion, vil de ikke refundere.
