Worst experience ever! Took 5 months and no tracking or response to email update requests then it arrived damaged with missing parts AND hardware so deemed useless to me, I’ve emailed multiple times to no response! ABSOLUTE SCAM STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRICKS!
Received the delivery almost two months after order instead of 3 to 4 weeks as per information provided at the time of placing order. And when the delivery arrived, the unit was broken. Tried to contact the company but no reply. Bad experience. Will not buy from Exclusiva again.

I waited 8 weeks for my Kitchen Island to be delivered. Then a further 10 days for it to be assembled. Only to find that the worktop was not the material I had ordered. A Pine worktop was delivered and installed but I had ordered Walnut to match the rest of my apartment. The handles on the cupboards are at different heights!!
I have now been waiting 6 weeks for these errors to be fixed. Every day I am told via WhatsApp that the factory will contact me!!!
Shocking customer service. SO BAD. THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND MONEY AND DELIVER RUBBISH THEN NEVER RESPOND.

Ik probeer mijn artikelen terug te sturen maar kom niet achter het retouradres. Ik heb meerdere pogingen gedaan bij Exclusiva.nl maar krijg ontwijkende berichten terug. Ik heb de betaling achteraf via Klarna stopgezet dus ze hebben er geen baat bij om mij niet verder te helpen want ik ga niet betalen voor producten die niet overeenkomen met de beschrijving.
