Don’t trust this place there fobbed me off to another solicitors !!!! Still waiting on them to send paperwork !!

The process of my claim was quick, easy and the lady who dealt with my claim was really easy to talk to, could thank exclusive law enough!

I had always been a bit wary of these types of companies, but having experienced my own personal issue, I genuinely couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish, my claim was dealt with quickly and professionally. I was constantly kept updated and Tracy who dealt with me directly was such a pleasure.

I was kept up to date with progress, I was contacted by phone when needed and can only give them the credit where it’s due. It immediately took away the stress of what I was dealing with.

I would like to explain the amazing experience I have had with Exclusive Law and the Faria who works for this company. My initial contact with Faria comes from a very poor handling from the police of a sexual abuse of a child. Faria was very kind and sensitive about this case. Very easy to talk with and she went above and beyond to help in understanding the delicate nature of this event. She is an amazing person. I understand that she is moving away from Exclusive Law and I am sure she will be very missed by her work associates.

I had the pleasure of having my case handlers by Tracey Rowlinson. She offered great communication throughout, was timely and polite with her responses and provided me with regular updates.
There was a time during the case where I was told that we were unsuccessful with the claim but Tracey didn’t stop and had the case reviewed by an independent party and I’m happy to say she was right in doing so and got us the right result in the end.
