Lovely lighting, quality is gorgeous…thank you

Great items and good value. Arrived well packaged. Only issue was with Royal Mail whose tracking kept changing. Firstsaid I would get my delivery on the Thursday then when it didn’t arrive it had no date but items never arrived until the following Monday!

Delivery was dreadful, delivered to the wrong house, more over the house it was delivered to they must have thrown it over the fence as it was in the. Back yard and the gate was locked. Our order was glazed light fittings as well. Fortunately the packages were good but the delivery was disappointing. We had to walk around 3 streets to find it. Not professional at all! Moreover we called Dpd. And Christopher Prats and neither were interested in helping me out trying to find where our delivery went. After 7!hours we eventually found it! Disgraceful

Staff Always very helpful, even putting different bulbs in the light fittings to see which looks best, very reasonable prices

We visited the showroom twice to look at various light fittings. On both occasions we were looked after in a most professional and helpful way. We found several light fittings were liked and purchased these, delivery was effected within the timescale promised.

Lovely store to browse round. All our rooms in our new home have been lit by Christopher Pratts. Great staff and the lighting department have so much choice at reasonable prices. My latest ceiling light for our lounge is perfect

The sales assistant was very helpfull , the light fitting was out of stock till January but she called the supplier to check they hadnt got one in stock.

The woman who served me was very friendly and she remembered me from the last light I bought and she emailed me when it arrived . No complaints .

The lady who served us did very well in ensuring that our products were wrapped very well to avoid them slipping out of the packaging. She was very knowledgeable of the light bulbs and replacement parts we wanted. Well done there.

The lights I ordered are beautiful. The staff weren’t that enthusiastic which I wa shooing for when purchasing in person. They were helpful but didn’t have any knowledge on smart light bulbs which is what I was looking for. The information they gave me on he size of lightbulb was incorrect so the bulbs I bought didn’t fit which was a shame when I specifically asked so the electrician could fit them. It took 3 lightbulbs before I found the correct one which was very frustrating
