Ignoring support and warranty violation
I ordered a Minisforum HX77G 32GB+1TB end of 2023, but because they had it not on hand, they offered me to pay extra for the HX99G with the same specs. I paid extra, and after 3 weeks the PC was delivered. During the summer, I did not use it a lot because of the summer heat and had it powered off for a longer time. When I started it in mid August, the LAN-Internet was not working, and I was not able to solve this. Some days later, I tried to turn it on again, and it wasn't posting (fan noise with black screen). I contacted the EXEGEEK support, and they replied over a week later and asked for a video showing the issue. I sent them the video, and since then they did not reply. Furthermore, I contacted them again over 5 times but got no reply. The defective PC is still under a one-year warranty, so they would have to repair or exchange it, but they just started ignoring me, hence I am writing this review about my bad experience. Only one star because they do not offer real support, violate their warranty policy, and just ignore you, so your warranty runs out. If they had cooperated, I would not have needed to write about my experience.
