This company has made the entire experience from researching the products, to purchasing and training on the equipment so easy! I truly feel that they want to see my spa business succeed in every way! I am so impressed by their follow up and always being responsive to me as their partner not just a customer!

I just received my second cryo device from this company, and I truly couldn’t be happier. The fact that I already have clients booked, again; speaks for itself and it’s such an exciting feeling to see everything come together so quickly. Expanding my business in this way has been a huge goal of mine, and hitting that milestone with a second unit feels incredibly rewarding.

Working with Regenesis has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Their Director of Marketing genuinely knows what he’s doing, and it shows in every part of the process…from setup to strategy to making sure you’re positioned for success right out of the gate. I’ve felt supported every step of the way, which is everything when you’re growing and scaling.

One of the biggest things I appreciate is that they provide a low-cost option that actually makes sense for business owners. It’s allowed me to expand without putting unnecessary strain on overhead, while still keeping my revenue strong and consistent. That balance is so important, and not something you find everywhere.

I’m honestly just really excited for what’s next. This is only the beginning, and I can already see how much more growth is ahead.

I ordered the Large ExoSkin from this company. I was sold the machine with a 3-month advertising package and a 1 year warranty. The machine itself is fine when it has worked but unfortunately the EMS has already went out twice since my purchase. I only received the machine and began using it in November 2025. The ad team kept postponing my ad launch and after finally sending me the ad to review it had not one but several typos. I was very disappointed. Out of all the leads they sent me, most did not respond to any of my messages, many who did respond were located in other areas of the country entirely, and only one of the leads they sent turned into an actual client. As someone who was sold this as a great way to start a business rather than an addition to an existing esthetician practice, I feel very misled and taken advantage of. Not only has my machine’s EMS been nonfunctional, but I haven’t even gotten a response yet to an email asking for them to fix it after messaging earlier this week. I was also told I’d have 24/7 access to a text support line but was blocked from the text support number after asking clarifying questions and them repeatedly accusing me of being “unprofessional” instead of providing me the support promised, which is incredibly ironic coming from the same company providing me ad copy littered with typos. I was also told after expressing interest in returning the machine that there are no returns allowed but promised that they would try to resell it for me. Months later, I have had no follow up on this and have continued to express interest in a resell possibility. I’ve been trying to sell this machine myself since getting it and realizing that the “professional location-specific advertising” promised was actually ads littered with typos and leads from out of state, the “text support line” was only until you asked questions that made them uncomfortable, and the “warranty” would require you to wait several days for a responses about your machine not functioning properly all while losing revenue from clients who already booked because your machine is not working properly. Additionally, I was promised that I would be the only one operating this machine within a specific mile radius of my business location, however, there is no contract whatsoever to guarantee this promise and I was specifically told that I could move my business and machine wherever I wanted when asking about this policy I was promised during the sale. I would recommend going with another supplier if you’re looking to purchase this kind of a device as they have just been horrible to deal with.

This company is a scam. They take your money, but don’t deliver what they promise. I was fired from my job because the information I gave my boss was exactly what I was told by this company. They lied about everything and they didn’t deliver on any of their promises. Now I’m out a job and my boss is suing them.

They company thus far has been great for us. Ella has helped us out alot. We have finally got our website up and right now we're waiting tocstart attracting more customers. Thank you so much Ella.

I've had the best experience with this company,i started with Corrina she was so amazing thru the finance process to the delivery of my machine.i love the continued support from training with Bell who's awesome and is available for any continued support to Ella who is assisting me with setting up advertising.
