Nothing they say matches. They say there in New York but still says on there website Florida. They say they moved but once u ask for shipping address they send u some random fed-ex facility in New york. There a scam glad I read these reviews before I buy.

These reviews are quite questionable. First and foremost we don't accept zelle and other forms of payment. All payments are strictly made through the website. The website and company are not based out of New York, we are in Ohio and also have a location in Lakeland Florida. Many of the reviews written on here are from customers I have never dealt with. They have stolen pictures from my real website, Bourbon City Exotics. They arr actively trying to scam people.

I am ashamed to say I got SCAMMED by this sit. Same as everyone else. Plus. They have you use friends and family on PayPal where you cannot get your money back.

This website has illegally stolen our copyrighted product images, product names and website copy, along with one of our federally registered trademarks, and is attempting to sell our products on the above site.

At the time of this post. 5 of the 6 the reptile enclosures on that category page are manufactured by Custom Reptile Habitats and we have no affiliation whatsoever with this site.

Total SCAM , RUN AWAY! WOULD ONLY TAKE CASH APP, THEN ON DAY OF DELIVERY THEY NEEDED TO DOUBLE PRICE FOR SOME KIND OF INSURANCE!

It was hectic from the on set, but later on I realized I was just curious. The next day delivery service was outstanding. I will recommend this website to y’all. Thank you

COMPLETE SCAM. Stolen pictures. Try to throw bs hidden fees after you place the order and pay them. If you used paypal just call them directly and they will get your money back.

Total scam. Cheap prices but you need to pay insurance for shipping plus the delivery company they use wants you to pay for a residency permit to some individual person, not a company. Don't fall for this scheme!

This website is a scam! Do NOT buy from them. They stole pictures and info of their reptiles they have posted from other companies (Big Apple Reptiles, Backeater Reptiles, etc) to try to make money. The shipping company they use is fake too. On their website it states they are located in New York but if you attempt to buy something from them, it states they are in Florida. Also once you send them money (has to be by Zelle or Cashapp), then they want to charge you a extra $350 for insurance on your reptile. They scammed me and I'm trying to get my money ($280) back. They refuse to pick up the phone, will only text and very rude and demanding.

The delivery progress was delayed by 4 days, got worried I won’t receive my zero breaded lizard but on the 5th day I got it and I was overwhelmed. Thanks for the successful delivery. I’m Recommending them to y’all.
