My in store experience has been positive for their Maryland location however if you have an issue online, getting a response can be very difficult. There website inventory also seems to take weeks to update on out of stock items, so be careful.
My order was half canceled because one items was out of stock (which remained up on their website for over 2 weeks after the fact) and others were getting restocked the day my order was packed, but due to miscommunication were considered "out of stock" and not added. I received an email showing that half my order was on its way so I emailed them asking what happened. I had to send a few before I finally got a response. When they sent an invoice to rectify the situation, which did include free shipping, I noticed a few oddities but since then I have been ghosted and there is no other way to get in contact with the cooperate company (those behind the online store) other than email. I have been sending emails for about 2 months or more and have yet to receive an email. I would love to just get the items or equivalent I was looking for before it become too hot and move on. I do love their products but I worry now with ordering online. Getting in contact with a physical store does not work when dealing with their cooperate store but I know that I can trust them to be very helpful.
