Expend is really easy to use, especially when you’re on the fly. Don’t let them build up and take half a day at the end of the month, just photograph your receipt on the app. It’s brilliant and fill in a few details and you’re good to go. Much better than Concur in my opinion and I’ve used both

Same functions as a high street back. You can freeze your expense cards, pause contactless payments, cancel cards and you will even receive occasional emails for new and improved updates.

Our system does not link directly to Expend so manually amending CSV to post expenses monthly, customer service does not respond as quickly as advertised. Expend card not accepted everywhere so is not treated like normal credit card. Expend itself is easy for the user and easy to set up, not so much admin side of things if your system does not link.

Expend is a great accounting tool - it's super easy and intuitive, and massively reduces the faff typically involved in expense filling.

Works very efficiently, notifications come through quickly and the UI is very friendly.

Perfect most of the time, but quite annoying when vendors wont accept the card, which makes it occasionally pointless.

Makes life a lot easier for sending receipts and not misplacing them as always have reminders

Makes submitting expenses fairly easy. Automatically creates submissions when using a company card. Automated receipt scanning could be improved a bit further, but otherwise a solid experience.
