I have just had 32kw battery installed…

I have just had 32kw battery installed by expert solar solutions and very satisfied with the results. The tradesman were very professional clean and polite. Joel the salesman came to my place and explained everything was easy to work with and the whole team from start to finish were brilliant. Would highly recommend them to everyone

I highly recommend Expert Solar Solutions

In Dec 2025 I had “Expert Solar Solutions” supply and install a Sigenergy Battery and EMS, Jinko Solar panels and a main switchboard upgrade. I spent a considerable amount and couldn’t be happier with the system and the service from Tim and his team. I can highly recommend “Expert Solar Solutions”.

Full marks to sales and installation…

Full marks to sales and installation team. Very professional and left the site spotless.
We encountered a communication problem with the battery from day 1. The after sales technical support was very disappointing.No contact with technical support for two weeks, by the time Tammy was on the job, Deye were still saying there wasn't a problem. Nothing was done to resolve the problem for another two weeks while staff were on holidays. Tammy was right onto it as soon a business opened again. We were probably unlucky as technical support were not getting an alert from the battery system. Once Dan from the installation team got all the information it was fixed within 30 minutes. Tammy was so helpful and kept pushing Tech Support.
We are totally satisfied with the system now and it is out performing our expectations.

We sincerely apologise for the communication and technical support issues you experienced during the initial troubleshooting process. While the fault proved difficult to identify, we understand how frustrating the delays must have been, especially when a resolution wasn't forthcoming as quickly as it should have been.

We're pleased that Tammy was able to assist and keep the matter moving forward, and that Dan was able to quickly resolve the issue once all the necessary information was available. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to both of them.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience from initial conversation through to completion of job installation. I have an older system still working fine and was looking at a battery set up. I was shown all the relevant data on how the panels would work given its going on the southern side and work around with my exisitng system.
The installation team were friendly polite and had good quality workmanship.
Once im ready to expand my battery system i will be calling expertsolarsolutions to look at my needs. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations
