Very reliable. Fixed a damaged patio door installed by someone else. Left the place as they found it and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them for any windows / doors / glass work.

Well recommended and very professional
Very happy with the service, if anything they were too efficient as the door was available much earlier than anticipated but we were away on holiday at the time.
Expert were also one of a couple of suppliers that called to the house to measure up, others wanted us to call to their showrooms, why? I knew what I wanted, that’s what the internet is for but I wanted the professionals to do the measuring which Expert did.
Finally the fitters arrived the day that was arranged nice and early and the lads were efficient, friendly and cleaned as they went along.
Well recommended and I look forward to Expert quoting for new windows next year.

We were introduced to expert windows from a family member by a family member
We were introduced to expert windows by a family friend. My father was a builder and new the business. Expert Windows did my parents full house of all windows and doors and a skylight in my father’s downstairs room as he was now in wheelchair.
Sasha had sat with my father explaining the whole project and the installation process. They certainly are an excellent company to deal with. The full project was completed exactly as planned with expertness and efficiency. Since our project 3 other family members have used expert windows with the same results.
I’m not one for writing reviews but felt that they certainly awarded earned one.
Keep up the great work and warm wishes Richard (Dundrum)

NO aftercare, leaking since the job
Got them to fit windows in our extension roof. The window has been leaking ever since they changed the windows. They refused to come & rv their work, stating it was not their problem. Shocking customer service. DONT hire them!!!
To clarify, you did NOT send anyone out to review the window. That is not true.

Resposta da Expert Windows Ltd
Dear Siobhan
We're sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with the roof window glass replacement. We understand the importance of ensuring a watertight seal and take customer satisfaction seriously.
However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. Firstly, we want to emphasize that we did not install the windows or roof windows in your extension. Instead, we were engaged to supply and replace the glass, as per your request.
When you reported the leaking issue, we promptly dispatched a technician to assess the situation. Our technician identified the existing window as the root cause of the problem and took measures to reinforce the seal to mitigate any further leakage. It's essential to note that during our initial assessment, we communicated this finding to you and advised that the issue lay beyond the scope of the glass replacement service we provided.
Regarding the timeline, our records indicate that the service was indeed completed in May 2021, not 2023 as mentioned in your review.
We regret any inconvenience this situation has caused you and would like to reiterate our commitment to customer satisfaction. Should you wish to discuss this matter further or require any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
Expert Windows Ltd.
Professional
It's rare to find a business that answers the phone, responds to messages, arrives when they say they will and does the job without fuss. We found one here!
