We are very happy with the one minute animation video that Explainer Viz produced for us. We indicated to Davien Wilson (our project manager) that we were in no hurry and that we didn't want to rush the process. Our priority was to end up with a high quality professional video and that is exactly what we received. Davien was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Communication consisted mainly through emails but Davien was available for a number of phone calls when necessary. Davien and the Explainer Viz team demonstrated a lot of patience with us as this was our first animation video. There was a good balance of listening and implementing our ideas with what would realistically work and translate to the animation video. Davien also assured us that future minor changes to our video could be made at no additional cost. It was a positive collaborative experience for us and we are very pleased with the final result.
