I have had a very good experience working with Explore Localization. I worked on a Punjabi translation project with their team last month and the collaboration has been smooth and ongoing. The workflow is well organized, communication is clear, and project requirements are explained clearly. Payments made on time. I would especially like to mention Tumpa, who is a very supportive, kind, and professional person to work with. Overall, it has been a positive and stress-free working experience.

Given the reviews I have seen, this company should be shut down - Proz should strike them off its list of companies.
I personally have not been scammed by this company, but they are still sending out spam job requests asking for people to do voice recordings for them.
Massive red flags people, don't work for free !

I am having problem to get answers from them. Luckily I did only a really small job, but they should at least send a reply. Until the job was done, there was no problem to get answers on e-mail.

When the job was ready and approved 4th of August, there was no replies anymore.

1 star was the lowest, not possible to give zero stars

"DO NOT take any jobs from this company. Once you’ve finished the job, they will stop replying to you, and you won’t receive any payment at all."

They are scammers, and won't pay you, don't do their jobs, I worked hours on their audios and in the end they stopped replying to mails and disappeared, and it looks like I won't get my payment for the hours of hard work on the audios I sent on January 31 2025, since then they don't reply anymore, before they used to write back and even sent a link to fill in payment details and a 2 year working agreement to pretend it's real. Explore Localisation, at least answer and explain what's wrong, this is not professional at all, don't waste your time with them, all this seems so shady but I wanted to believe in them, and that's the outcome, I should have read the reviews before wasting my time with them and i find myself now without pay, it's unacceptable.

I worked for them as a translator. They offered a good rate. For assigning the work, they communicate well. But after completing the work, nothing from their part. No updates, no invoices, and no payments. After many messages, they paid about 1/4 of the total payment and made me feel like I did some crime for asking for my payment. I wanted to forget about it, but I don't want anyone to experience the same and spend too much time and effort to work for them.

Complete fraud. Did an over $1000 USD project for them with no updates and no payment at all. Hope this company staff burns in hell.

They doesn't even deserve a Zero star. Totally fraud. No payment made for the oneforma projects when all the other companies made the payment on time. Not even responding to queries regarding payment. They don't even have an office address or phone number.

Don't take any work from them and blacklist them in our community

Me and my many friends have associated with them for their oneforma project. We have done their task efficiently, but they haven't made the payment for the same. We have done the same project with other companies also, but all of them paid on time. These people are not even responding to my mails now. They are offering the best rate in the industry and many freelancers are getting fooled by their promise.

Dear freelance translators,

Please be very cautious with job invites from this company. They will invite us to projects that they did not have on their hand and make us undergo and waste our valuable time in obtaining the required certifications from their client's work portal.

My sincere apologies is not wasting time by following Explore Localization, a Mumbai-based company.
