Dear Tim,
We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. We take customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few important details.
During the plumbing reconnection, our plumber performed additional pipe work totaling $250, which was outside the original scope of service. This was explained and agreed to by you and the plumber at the jobsite. As a gesture of goodwill, Express Kitchens agreed to provide $150 toward this expense, and your check for $150 has already been processed and you should expect it by 10/31/2026.
Regarding the countertop seam concern on your separate order, our countertop team visited your property twice, on August 21 and September 11, and we re joint seam for you.
Our intention has always been to address your concerns fairly, transparently, and professionally. We remain committed to resolving legitimate customer concerns while maintaining a respectful environment for both our customers and employees.
