Absolutely Amazing
We had an excellent experience with Express Mortgages from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and Jamie in particular was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
As first-time buyers, everything can feel quite overwhelming, but Jamie made it all so much easier by explaining things clearly and in a way we could actually understand. It really took the stress out of the experience.
The insurance team were also fantastic — they made sure we fully understood our options and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend Express Mortgages highly enough!

Had a fantastic experience working with this company in securing my mortgage and seeing through my house purchase. I specifically dealt with Cameron for the initial part and then Georgia for the case management side of things following the mortgage offer being made. Natalie the mortgage broker offers a great service, very knowledgeable and good at what she does. The case handling afterwards isn't as professional as Natalie but still gets the mortgage there in the end.

Delays with lender turnaround times and issues with valuation timeframes can understandably be frustrating. While these elements sit with the lender and the valuers, we always do our best to stay on top of them and push for updates to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

Couldn't recommend the guys/gals at express enough. Went over and beyond my expectations. There were some obstacles getting the completion through but Emma and the team out done themselves. I will definitely be using them again.

Callum and Georgia have been amazing
Callum and Georgia have been amazing. I had a difficult experience with an earlier broker. Callum was clear and open with that challenges I had with a BTL and offered great advice and options. Would definitely be using Express again for both personal and investment properties.
