To clarify, our Rate Lock service includes a ₹99 booking fee and an ₹800 fully refundable deposit. This information is clearly displayed before placing the order. It appears you had a misunderstanding regarding the refund policy and also wanted the "₹99 booking fee" to be refunded. While we understand your displeasure, the terms were explicitly stated.

Awesome experience for NRI repatriation
From the beginning the experience and service I received from ex travel money has been fantastic.
I worked with PA Muhammed Shamaz form extravelmoney who assisted me in my many transfers. He is anwesome and kept me informed and helped with everything.
The rate was the best I received compared to the top private Indian banks and even my relationship manager was shocked. Also I didn’t have any inter bank charges. I’ve saved thousands of dollars in otherwise what I would’ve paid in “fees”
For anyone wanting to repatriate funds give extravelmoney a go. Do a trial run and evaluate their service. You will not be disappointed
