I own and rented out a property in Glasgow, the tenant decided to leave after being in the property for 6 years as I was going to put the property on the market I found that the patio area to the rear and the pattern concrete area to the front were in a very poor dirty condition.
As I was putting the property on the market I decided to get these areas cleaned and as I now live in Aberdeen was not sure of the best way forward so went onto the internet to see who would do this type of work and found 2 companies with good looking web sites who both said they could complete the works, so I sent an e mail to both companies explaining the situation but only David replied very quickly asking some questions regarding works and access to visit the property.
I then managed to agree a time with my tenant and David attended on time to see extent of works.
I was then sent a quote for all the cleaning and re-sanding of patio area and decided to go ahead with Extereme Pressure Cleaning as at this time the other company had not responded to my e mail and still at this time I have never had any communication from them.
David then gave my tenant a day to attend the works and they turned up as agreed to complete the works.
Once works was completed I was sent photo's of the completed works to show the difference which I was very impressed with.
So I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had our rather large drive cleaned a couple of weeks ago and we can honestly say that David Mc. was a very professional and thorough individual who certainly knows his trade to perfection. He kept me up to date about the weather permitting work or not, was able to offer solutions to a couple of other problems I had with my paving at the side and back of the house. Cleaned the drive to perfection the first time in 12 years and another David came out and finished off the sanding while David Mc. Sealed the drive for me and he only took payment after the job was done a couple of weeks later. A great honest, hardworking individual, me and my husband would highly recommend David's company!!!!

Very professional and reliable with the work undertaken at all times. They were also happy to listen and take on board comments. The work was delayed and took longer than expected but they still always advised me of their plans and always emphasised their desire to complete the job to a high standard rather than do it quickly and mess up the results.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm and using them again in the future if I have other work and the job completed passes the test of time.

Since I first contacted Extreme Pressure Clean there was constant communication leading up to the service (gutter cleaning) and after it was completed I was provided with before and after photos which showed a very effective job done. Would recommend in the future.

The whole process of having our monoblock drive cleaned went without a hitch. Extremepressureclean was prepared to accommodate our wishes and changes of date of work. The drive is as good as new now after the clean, and maybe we will have it cleaned again in a couple of years time since the price they charged was very reasonable. We are delighted with the services we received.

My patio garden was in a very bad state.....the stones were really dirty and weeds growing in between them....garden walls dirty with moss growing everywhere. The lovely young men from Extreme pressure changed all of that .....after a lot of hard work my garden is a pleasure to look at anytime of the day. They lifted the grass from the front garden and gave me a great design gravel creation which passers by can't help but admire.No more mowing ...how wonderful..I could go on they did so much for me and were so hardworking and polite.Thank you David and David😂😂😂
