Faster than expected delivery, smooth ordering experience!

Contacts arrived faster than expected. Would recommend Eyeconic to others as the price was substantially less than using my vision benefits at my local eye doctor. I do think having the ability to text a prescription would be easier for validation. Thank you!

Excessive markups and hidden upselling - frames are heavily marked up, lens options are restricted and features that add copay are forced AND not shown.

Worst experience ever. I placed my order and after 2 weeks they inform that they no longer have the frames I picked out and they would be using a replacement. I said ok. Another week goes by and I get another email telling me they are replacing my frames. I contacted them and they said they wouldn't be ready to ship out for another 2 weeks. Seriously? That's over 4 weeks in total almost a month and a half when they promise 2 weeks in their website. Unacceptable. I call to cancel my order and they could care less. No apologies, nothing they said ok good bye. Now I got to find another doctor to get frames cuz their the only ones my insurance uses. I'm so upset about it I can't even see straight literally

So many cute frames to chose from. Awesome prices. I used my VSP and will never go to another store again. My glasses came on time and I absolutely LOVE them. Eye Conic made my annual vision visit so much easier. I’ll be back

Ordering was simple. Delivery was on time. Id give 5 stars if the virtual try on was accurate. The glasses I bought were much too narrow for my face.

FedEx damaged my original packaging but eyeconic reached out and took care of everything. Overall a great experience and my glasses are amazing!

I received the nosepads on 3/5/26. They were fine, but no screws were included. My overall experience with Eyeconic was great except for the little details, like missing one nose pad on the original shipment and then getting replacement nose pads, but no screws. I will still recommend you to my friends. Thank you.

My glasses fit and I like they are the same in person as when I virtually tried them on. I also like the prices and discount prices.
