Too long of a wait/with no explanation
Too long of a wait. No proper status update. No estimated fulfillment date, and obviously not enough employees to work in fulfillment. Customer service person I spoke to doesn't have good skills.

Quick and easy
It was super simple and easy to order my new glasses. I liked that I could virtually try them on. They came within 2 weeks and I was able to get them fitted where I got my eyes checked at which was nice

I believe quality work was placed on this order and Thank You! If a disadvantage, finding an optometry clinic that will ensure best setting of prescription Eyewear on patient as glasses are frameless and I prefer frameless glasses

OMGOMGOMG!!
It was a great process! Very easy with lots of options. Although I wish the process after placing an order was much faster..I understand with the need to verify prescription and make th lenses does take time.its just just too exciting to wait since everything was so easy..did I mention the virtual try on!!!! Now you see why I wish the arrival was faster!
