Pretty disappointing experience with @eyedictive.
Your website advertised Thursday delivery at checkout, which is exactly why I placed the order. After taking payment, you suddenly changed the delivery date to Friday and now act like that’s acceptable.
Customers make buying decisions based on the delivery promises companies advertise. Changing it afterward is misleading and unacceptable customer service.
At this point, I’m far more disappointed with how this was handled than the delay itself.
