Terrible customer service - I have been waiting for my eye glasses for 11 days now and still have no idea when I will receive them. Every time I reach out for an update, I am met with a lack of help and empathy from the customer service team.

2. Unacceptable wait times - It is completely unacceptable to wait over a week for a simple pair of eye glasses to be made. I have never experienced such a delay with any other eyewear company.

3. Lack of communication - Eywa has failed to keep me informed about the status of my order. I have had to reach out multiple times to get any sort of update, and even then, the information provided has been vague and unhelpful.

4. Unreliable shipping - It is frustrating to not have a reliable timeline for when my eye glasses will arrive. I rely on my glasses for everyday activities, and the uncertainty surrounding their delivery is causing me unnecessary stress.

5. Overall disappointment - I had high hopes for Eywa based on their reputation, but my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of prompt and reliable eyewear services

Bunch of thieves providing misleading information. Ordered prescription contact lenses at 20% discount and they did not have enough stock, so i asked them to reduce the quantity. They reduced it but removed the discount!!! So i canceled my order and now waiting for a refund… bad experience overall, uninformed/amateur staff, no proper communication, sneaky robbers and misleading info

AFTER 1 WEEK OF PATIENTLY WAITING FOR MY ORDER, THEY CASUALLY SEND ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WILL TAKE 4-6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED BY THEIR SUPPLIER. NO APOLOGIES AND JUST SAID THEY WILL CANCEL MY ORDER IF I DON'T RESPOND IN 72 HOURS IF I WANT TO PROCEED. IT IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING TO THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID TO THEIR WEBSITE THEY DELIVER MAXIMUM 2 DAYS AND THEY HAVE TABBY PAYMENT OPTIONS, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE GETTING MY ORDER. I COULD HAVE UNDERSTAND AND STAY CALM HOWEVER THE WAY THEY SPEAK WITH YOU ON THE PHONE AND EMAIL ARE NOT APOLOGETIC OR SYMPATHETIC AT ALL! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL ORDER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE THIS WEBSITE! I AM VERY ANGRY THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED! I BADLY NEED THE CONTACT LENSES AND THEY JUST WANT YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER! WHAT A SHAME!

very bad customer service, replies late and does not take the consumers concerns and problems seriously.
