Gems falling out of earrings

I bought an earring set and a few separate earrings in June. The gems have started falling out of my hoops around october so it's looking a little tacky.

Otherwise, they're pretty.

Update: their customer service team reached out and sent a replacement: )

Délais de livraison non respectés commande effectuée le 1er novembre toujours rien reçu c’était pour un anniversaire qui bien sûr est maintenant passé

Le service client n’est pas à l’écoute et cerise sur le gâteau j’apprends ce jour que pour être livrée je dois payer 9€ supplémentaires de frais de douane à aucun moment la marque ne m’a prévenue des ces frais supplémentaires ni lors de mon achat ni dans les échanges de mail .

Aujourd’hui je demande le remboursement

LOVE. Idk what the other reviews are talking about ???

Not sure what the other reviews are about on here. About a year ago, I blindly trusted this company and spent a couple hundred dollars on about 5 pairs of earrings and a few more single pieces. I put them in and truly have not taken them out in over a year. 24/7, I sleep in them, shower in them, I legitimately have never taken them out except to clean them. They have remained shiny and beautiful, in perfect condition. I have sensitive ears and a nickel allergy and I did get all silver with diamonds and have had absolutely no reaction whatsoever. I would buy again and again from this company. I want to clarify that I am receiving absolutely nothing from writing this review. I reached out on my own to ask where I could write a review.

Placed an order cost me over £100 and…

Placed an order cost me over £100 and earrings arrived damaged. Looked extremely cheap. Customer service have refused a refund so I’m now stuck with these earrings that I can’t wear.

I’ve edited my review to respond to your reply. You refused to change the colour before the item has been shipped. You then sent me out an earring which arrived it a terrible state. You offered to replace them but as soon as I saw thr quality I wanted to return. Which you refused. So I’m still stuck with these earrings that I can’t use or wear. The customer service is appalling. I’ve never brought from a company that had been so unhelpful and rude!! If I had the option to upload photos. To show anyone reading this review not only the earrings but how terrible the customer service work EYRFUL has been!

We’re sorry to read your review and that you feel disappointed.

We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency: your order was shipped out in full with photo proof, but you later reported a full set was missing.

We sent out a replacement in good faith at no cost. But before being shipped you asked to change the color and also to cancel the order, which raises concerns. You then agreed for us to proceed with the replacement, which we dispatched promptly.

After receiving it, you reported the earring as damaged. The photos provided showed signs of forceful damage and misuse rather than a product fault, which falls outside of our return policy. Even so, we offered to send another replacement as a gesture of goodwill, but this was declined.

We always strive to provide quality jewelry and exceptional customer care. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate situations where policies are abused, as it prevents us from resolving matters fairly for all customers. Our team remains available should you wish to continue the conversation.

Ordered two different items and one wasn’t delivered to me. It was missing from the package. I have contacted the company with no help.

I don’t write reviews much but I love this company so much! Eve dry product I’ve received has been amazing and well worth the money. For Christmas they even sent me the cutest pair of dangly earrings for free!!! This company values their customers. You won’t be disappointed!
