I purchased two items Oct 15th

I purchased two items Oct 15th, received the pouch 2 week later, still haven't received the belt. I've emailed twice for status, Nov 9 and Nov 14th, no reply. I shouldn't have to take time out a day to ask for a status on my purchases, and not get a courtesy reply. Easy Buy is a scam, from what I can tell from reading all the customer complaints and my experience. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Weight me more than 100kg for 6 dining chair, 7 small chair + 2 stool...

They finally came through (Update)

After three months and numerous emails with only occasional auto responses:

"Hello, I will research your package and update asap."

they came through and paid what was agreed. I get they may need to take time to conduct business but a status or update would be helpful.

I chose a small business which was relatively local to help them out. Would of liked a more timely experience.

Theft. Plain and simple.

I went online to sell my cellphones. Ezbuyback had the best offer, I contact them and they quoted me $237.00 for my galaxy note 3, and HTC M8. Once I received there packaging I slipped my phones in and placed back in the mail box. This was over two weeks ago...... I have not had any form of contact from the company, not even a hey we got your phone. I have not received payment as promised. And when I try to contact them to get my phones back (Their Guarantee!!!!) , there is no phone number, just a Chat option (but never any one online to Chat too).

So now I am out two nice cellphones, or $237.00 depending on how you look at it. This was a scam, and I unfortunately fell for it. I would never recommend this company ever.

Not happy with service - AT ALL!

I did my quote which was higher than other companies, got the package, sent my phone in on 3/5/16. I live in FL and finally received an email from them on 3/29/16 stating they received my package. I'm not a rocket scientist, but I KNOW that it doesn't take 24 days for mail to travel from FL to PA. It is now 4/8/16 and I still have no response from them and when you check the website it still says "IN PROGRESS". You can't get a response from them via email and of course the Online Chat is never working. I have even emailed their support team. Guess I got taken.

Not good.

I had a galaxy note 4 quoted price was $205 in mint condition. I sent in the phone about a couple weeks ago and still have not received payment. I emailed them 3 times with no response. I'm starting to think ezbuyback.com is a scam, It's super infuriating!!!!

In the end a good experience however...

Everything was great from the outset. Best offer of any company that with a buy-back program. In fact $20 higher. I'm close to their headquarters so had the mailer in 2 days. The phone took 2 days to get back to them and then a couple of days to process. The problem came when I got notification of payment which was $15 less than the offer. I contested it based on the fact that the phone was not damaged at all, it was returned in its original box with the original charger. I was told that because I still had an active contract with my phone company they took off the $15. After further discussion they agreed that the policy, at least in my case, was not applied fairly and as a show of goodwill they deposited the additional funds in my account. So I will give them a second chance when I decide to trade in my Nexus 6 in a year or two.

Easy, simple, and quick money!

The process is incredible easy and simple. I had no use of my old phone so I thought I would give it a shot and it only took a couple minutes at the most!

All the packaging is paid for, you don't have to spend a penny and the money get's to you fast! Couldn't recommend it more.

Confused

Ok so I tried them out to sell my Samsung S5 Active. I mailed back the phone in the prepaid envelope and according to the tracking number they received the device 3 days later. I never got any type of communication from them and had to contact them through the support dept. I was told the whole process takes 10-12 days. I contacted them again a couple of days later and was emailed that I would receive payment in a couple of days after testing. So much for them contacting me to let me know they even received the phone! Not quite sure what to do at this point,guess I am stuck at this point since they have my phone. They did quote a price much higher than other sites and my phone was is great condition so we shall see.

Very easy

It was quick and painless and although my phones weren't worth much at least they aren't gathering dust. I really don't know what else they could've done to make this easier.

I was skeptical...

Absolutely flawless transaction. Paid fast & paid well, exact amount the the said.

I had just about given up trying to get something out of a 2 1/2 yr old Motorola Atrix HD. It was in great condition, every site I went to said it had zero value... I almost threw it in the "donate" pile when I found Ezbuyback, gave it a shot, and they offered me $30. I accepted, they sent me the label, I printed it and wrapped it well and put it in the mail zero cost to me, pre-paid shipping was paid by Ezbuyback. In a few days, very fast, I received an email saying my offer was approved (they need to make sure I'd represented it correctly) and the funds were already in my PayPal account. I've sold phones in the past, assorted other electronics, always a "come on price" that you never get... Exbuyback stood by their estimate and were fast in getting the payment to me... As long as you represent your item correctly, this is an honest service and I was very impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend this service....
